Extremely Poor Customer Service from Assistant Manager
I had a very disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty location. I came in to return an item within the return period and was met with unhelpful, dismissive behavior from the assistant manager. Not only did she refuse to assist me with the return, but when I politely asked for her name to report the incident, she outright refused to give it.
I’ve been a loyal Sally Beauty customer for years, but this level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Managers—especially those in leadership roles—should set an example in customer service, not make customers feel dismissed or disrespected. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and trains staff to treat people better.
I will definitely think twice before shopping in this store again

Dont go to Sally beauty at Bird rd I have an event today I purcased hair color 2 days ago it doesn't come out
opened with scissors and cannot disolve on the 20 voli liquid peroxide is old can produce allergies

The customer service is terrible, they say that the product you are looking for was discontinued just because they didn't help you search. I went to ask about a hair removal cream of no specific brand and the lady in front told me how stupid it is that all the creams waxing they discontinued. The store is the one that loses due to poor customer service.

I will not ever go to this place again I was dressed in my work uniform an the lady comes an stands right up on me an I'm tryna decide which product I wanted she gets right up on me with her cart an start acting like she's looking at a product just to watch me like I was tryna steal... then I pick my product they tell me I need to get some more stuff because there was a minimum to swipe I ameri an express... I will order my stuff off Amazon from now on ... bad customer service...

I finally found a hair dye I like and this is the closest store to me. I've never been helped and the times I have tried it sounds like they have no idea what they're talking about. So I found this by trial and error. My most recent visit I admit I was cutting it close to the stores closing hours. I got there with about 6 minutes to spare and was thinking I'd get in quick and go. The doors had already been locked and it looked like they'd been cleaning for some time which tells me they closed before store hours just to try and leave early. I had someone even walk up to the door to say the store closed before the posted hours of operations. Not sure who the manager is but that is terrible business practice. I felt like removing the sign with their posted hours but I did not want to cause a scene.
