I was charged and did not get a receipt. When I asked for the receipt they told me that I was not charged. I showed the manager Frank Sanchez that I was charged in my bank acct and he said no it’s pending I’m not going to receive a charge. I asked for that in writing and he refused. Terrible customer service and terrible manager. Half of the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time going here. I had to call and dispute the charges because they refused to provide me a receipt and I was charged and decided to leave the products.

I'm sorry to say employee's thinks that they own the store ,Very rude serviceWent in for shopping ,asked the associate for some help without helping she just pointed out where to go ,no wonder no customers were in the store because of this rude attitude asked for restroom for my toddler,showed us attitude not for customers also thats what they said,Very very very very very bad service,I just left without even spending a single penny,they don't deserve good customers,you can have you attitude up. Never going there again.

Now when buying anything at this Sallys you have to carry everything you purchased in your hands, they do not bag your items anymore unless you want to pay .15 cents for a bag. My opinion is this is another way to capitalize, taking advantage of their customers. I will not be going there any longer.

Arrived today Monday with my daughter at 5:55pm and the store entrance was already closed. Carlos from the store told me they effectively close at 5:55 pm and not at 6. He could let me in but didn't. I will never buy in that Sally again. There are so many around.

I had a very bad experience shopping here. They do not help the customer and do not know how to resolve issues with coupons and the computer. They do not know what customer service is! As a nail tech me and my coworkers have had the same bad experience in this store and will not be shopping there again.

I have shopped at Sally Beauty supply for many years and have never had such a horrible experience. Lately the staff has been very unprofessional and not helpful at all, including the manager. I got a coupon on my email address and tried using it at the store and there seemed to be an issue with scanning the coupon. The cashier did not know how to use the system and called the manager that said " I don't know why they send these coupons if they don't work." Instead of fixing my issue and giving me my discount she blamed the computer. Another customer next to me on the same day was also having issues getting help from the staff. She wanted to find out if there was a product available in another Sally beauty supply and when she asked the worker to help her the worker told her that the computer would not allow her to look up the phone number for the other Sally and that she could not help her. It seems to be a pattern of unprofessional behavior, lack of customer service, and completely horrible work ethic from the workers as well as the management.

It is 7:45pm and there hours are until 8pm. Second time this happens and I was actually going to spend about $50 on their products. Always closing earlier and never work until the closing time.
