Terrible customer service. There was a nice woman who recommend me a bleach because mine had sold out. Then there was this nasty lady who assumed I was stealing something because i put something for a SECOND. She was rude to me towards through out the experience and transaction. And she needs to be more worried about getting an eye cream for her dessert dry eyes.

I just left this store and I am so upset. The manager here is AMAZINGLY kind and sweet, her employees are trash. I just walked out 45 minutes ago with some wax for me and my sister. I get home and the seal is still on the bag but there's a hole in it. Considering waxing requires CLEAN wax I felt uncomfortable that someone potentially messed with the bag. I go back WITH my receipt WITH the product. I showed them what had occurred and the employees in Spanish began gossiping about how the bag was sealed when I left.
I have been going to this Sally's since I was 12 years old with my Mom. I am a paying customer who has respectfully shopped here for years, and this is the second time I can remember bringing something to return. What a disgusting experience. The manager processed the return and was super kind and apologetic but her employees have quite the mouth. Como mi mama me dice, "boca cerrada no entran moscas"

They have a great selection of good products for hair and nails. Prices are reasonable, and occasionally you will find good sales. Customer service has been good for the most part.Parking can be challenging particularly in the Costco area, but if you’re patient someone will be pulling out of a parking spot soon enough but you’re better off visiting midweek. ?022024

These girls need to learn basic customer service. Things as simple as: just to answer to a “good afternoon” and not paying attention to the item you are about to return. She was on “YOU WONT RETURN ANYTHING” MODE and trying to invent any excuse to make me feel like I broke a thing that was already broken when bought. It’s close to the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had mostly because of the bad attitude of the long black hair lady. Anyways, my recommendation and the reason why I take some time to write these words: save some time and avoid going there. Simple as that.

I was looking for a dye in a hurry because I had my work party and I had gone to another store in that same shopping center, which they didn't want to serve me because it wasn't time yet and the girl sitting there, people who don't want to sell, I found this one through Google and I saw this one called Sally. I loved the girl who helped me. She was a sweetheart. Apart from that, what I bought was the gift of a nail polish, my eyelashes were half price and they gave me that beautiful eyebrow tweezer that I took the photo of. I'm Super in love with this store, I give it 10 out of 10 Sally ❤️

Today I went to make a return and they did not want to receive it, claiming that it was not possible because it was a scissors and a profiler, (I bought them last night), which were completely closed and sealed with a seal, they supposedly called the manager , I FORCEDLY had to take another $10 product because otherwise they wouldn't accept it. Terrible service and attention!!!
