I can’t thank Vanessa enough for her help! She took the time to really understand my unique situation and guided me toward the perfect products for my hair. Her knowledge is incredible, and she explains everything so clearly. Beyond that, she’s so warm and friendly, it felt like I was chatting with a friend who truly cared. My hair and scalp have improved, and I’m so grateful for her expertise!

The store needs to update their hours. They never actually open at 9 am. It’s always closer to 10 am

Nice people, but no exchanges or returns on hair clippers. You have to rely on the manufacturer's warranty.
