The two older ladies who were employed when I went on Feb/1/24 are extremely rude. It seems like they don't want to work there, in a bad mood all the time. The person who helped me was an older woman with light eyes, short hair, and terrible customer service.

Came in to buy red hair dye. Wasn’t greeted but was stared down the whole time. They stand at the end of the isle with a mean mug and don’t even try to offer help (except the gentleman the only one working while the other stand on there). I can’t imagine how any shops in peace there. Just plain rude.

So I was just followed around the store because I declined help after I found what I was looking for on my own. The short gentleman with a red shirt asked if I needed help. Only to come up behind me on the next aisle. The other two workers decided to point as talk about me while I was standing there. Your workers are trash. Also, you shouldn't assume because I'm black I don't understand Spanish. A**holes.

I came here and bought a product of 80 dollars, they asked me if I wanted a card of theres and I’ll get 30 dollars off, after I checked my bank and said I owed them 136 dollars when I didn’t pay that much. I called them and said there gonna transfer my call, then they hang up and never call again they are taking our money and without a explanation, they don’t even sent you a why.

Staff is not really knowledgeable about the products. Will suggest buying one product and then when it turns out it's not the right product they'll make you jump through hoops to return it. Just go and avoid suggestions from the staff.

if I could give this place a -0 stars I would. This store has the worst customer service, very rude. They were rushing people 20mins before closing, they tried stealing my money, charging me more for a product that had the “wrong” price tag according to them and were charging $.15 for a plastic bag when I asked the cashier if she could put my stuff in a bag and they also have no social distancing in the stores or guidelines. I’m never visiting this or any other sally locations again.
