1 star because there is no 0, it is not the first time that there have been delays or mistakes, but today the medicine was urgent and they did not bring it to my mother. They do not have an emergency number for these cases since they confirmed that they delivered after 4 o'clock.
We called several times and sent a text msg, no response.
I don't care about her status, my mom's is raging in pain and in an emergency again.
I will file the complaint with Humana!
