My brother and I were in the store this afternoon and had an incredible experience thanks to both Camila and George (apologies if spellings are off). My brother gifted me shoes from another store that unfortunately did not fit, and they were both extremely helpful in properly sizing me and exchanging for the same pair that now does fit. While doing all of this, they also generously brought a small bowl of water for my brother's dog that was with us. Had great conversations with both and would 100% recommend either of them to any peers.

The single worst experience I’ve ever had. I had shoes shipped to me that didn’t fit. They didn’t include a return shipping label. I contacted the store to see how to return them and they could not figure out how to generate a valid shipping label. This went on for weeks before I finally just paid to return it myself. They have received my item and they have still not processed my refund. I’ve called the store and can’t seem to reach anyone who has the ability to complete anything in a timely manner. The shoes are quality but dealing with the store makes them not worth it. The experience I’ve had has been unbelievably bad. The brand is great quality but this particular store needs help.

Greeted by a classy stylist extraordinaire Sebastián I was welcomed inside my favorite design house. His care and concern for my well being was very genuine and appreciated. He definitely deserves recognition and bigger opportunities. Overall beautiful and comfortable environment. I look forward to the official opening of the flagship store in Miami.

When I visited the 39th St. store I was prepared to pay a good penny for the pair of shoes that I had in mind. A week later I am glad of my chosen style. Right now I feel like walking in clouds. I have never worn a pair of shoes of such quality...Thanks, Sal....??.....

I must say I had a wonderful experience at this location. The kind woman, Carolina, who helped us was a true joy to work with. She really made us feel welcome (which as most people know you don't get that kind of customer service in Miami). So it was really nice to see someone who truly enjoys their job. Thank you! We'll be back!

I'm giving one star because it is the minimum I can give. The sales woman Carolina was making false accusations towards my daughter. My daughter wanted to return a pair of shoes that she bought as a gift to her boyfriend, but Carolina accused that my daughter tried going with the same receipt yesterday insinuating that my daughter had been trying to trick them. My daughter is a Law Student and works in a law firm Monday through Friday making impossible to go to any store during the weekdays and she is the opposite of wrong-doing. I ended up buying a purse because it was the only way to help my daughter even though I wanted to buy the purse from my sales representative in Bal Harbour were we received five stars customer service. Carolina don't deserve one dollar commission from my purchase. If you want to visit any Ferragamo store and receive good customer service, go to Bal Harbour!

The Manager Costantino at this location is short of nothing but AMAZING.... very knowledgeable of the business,knows the meaning of customer service! Ferragamo is very lucky to have him! My husband lost buttons on his brand new shirt and Costantino did not hesitate to help! Thank you?
