This bank is the worst bank ever! Guys im thinking of suing this bank because their customer service hang up on me, they keep me in a loophole so i can't get my car title after paid off. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS BANK!

As of September 2020 there is an actual full service Santander bank branch office in the lobby of this building. Stop by and visit, beautiful set up and friendly staff.

Michelle ID# 102173Did not explain the Covid Extension, breezed through it and was pushy about signing. The extension charges you 4 dollars a DAY... you should mention that... this is hurting people and taking advantage of a pandemic. You are one of the only companies who are not working with people. This is why you have bad reviews. Rude awful service.

Customer service is ok. Though the bank is super flexible with payments.. bad news they charged us daily on the extension we had during this pandemic DAILY ! Additionally the app is very troublesome to even apply too.. over all is an ok bank.

Not an actual branch, so you can't make any deposits or anything like that here. This seems to be a main office.

Worst bank ever. Should never bank with them. They charge for everything, chase and Usaa are better banks then this one. Don't get them as a bank.

I had called customer service multiple times and kept getting the wrong information very time I called. Unfortunately Santander Bank was the bank that financed my car, I was suppose to pay it off by 2020, however, I was lucky enough to pay it off this year (2018). When I tried to get my car title from them the representatives kept telling me they sent out my title (which wasn't true) then after calling multiple times a different representative told me that the title needs to be picked up at the DMV "free of charge". When I went to the DMV, the DMV told me that to print out my title it is NOT free of charge and that there is a fee. I called Santander bank once again and a supervisor advised me that "he was very sorry I had gotten the wrong information every time I called however there was nothing that he can do". This company does not train their employees properly and save yourself the headache of doing business with them, if I buy another car, I rather choose a bank that is giving me a higher interest rate instead of having to deal with Santander bank ever again.
