Seb knows about a good night’s sleep :-) We walked in with a vague idea of what we were looking for and he found us the perfect mattress: his own (the SEB brand). No oversell, no BS. It’s the most comfortable bed I’ve sat on, not to mention, fully organic too. Keep on doing what you’re doing, Seb. We’ll definitely be back soon for more.

I’m so happy to have discovered this wonderful store! I needed a low profile box spring and they made me one in record time! The delivery folks were helpful, efficient and courteous and we love our new box spring. We will be back and highly recommend them!

I was looking for a non-toxic mattress for a cross country move for months with no luck. After visiting SEB, I decided within an hour. Sebastian was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. Not to mention I waited until the last minute & he kindly expedited shipping to NYC in less than a week! Highly recommend.

We went to check out an organic bed at SEB that we were planning on getting online. We are so happy we talked with Sebastian and he helped us pick out the right one for us. We wouldn’t have had that guidance if we just went through the website. Also, he was very professional and communicative through every step of the process. We had a construction issue and he was very accommodating with our delivery. We were so grateful for his help and the white glove service the whole way through. 10/10 would use them again and not hesitate a moment to send others his way.

We walked into the store not knowing much about organic mattresses, but Sebastian took the time to explain everything we needed to know in order to make an educated decision (and trust me, we had a lot of questions). We are very pleased with the entire shopping, delivery and post delivery experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for great a product and customer service!

Couldn’t have asked for a more straightforward, easy, no BS, trusted shopping experience. From our visit to the store to the delivery of our mattress to the follow up after - it was perfect! Sebastian was really easy to work with and did not try to oversell my husband and I for a mattress we needed in our daughter’s room/guest room. He listened and helped us with what suited our needs. This place is incredible, and Sebastian is the most knowledgeable, kind, and patient person ever! I was really overwhelmed and uninformed about mattresses. I didn't know where to start, what to look for, or how to discern the good from the trash. Sebastian was really attentive to what I needed and was very willing to go back and forth with me through my indecision. He really just cares about customer satisfaction, not selling you on a product. It's honestly such a pleasure to be in his store, it feels like stores like these with well-curated items and genuinely caring people don't exist anymore, so I am very glad to have stumbled upon a concept that now feels extinct! I would highly, highly recommend this store! Ask for the side sleeper pillow, it's AMAZING!
