A storage place is a storage place but this one takes the cake. It’s the only one I know that has the option to get 24 hour access if you have a business account set up with them. It’s air conditioned and well lit. Ask for Hermes and tell him you were referred by Miami Window Washers.

I recently moved storage units, and I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received! I worked with Felix and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he even went out or his way to help me move large furniture items. 5 stars & the best review to this establishment and their work staff! 5 stars for service. Great experience here. Rented out a unit while I was looking for a new home. Felix signed me up and was always helpful every time I saw him, going out of his way anytime I asked.The facility itself isn’t the nicest storage facility I’ve been to, but its conveniently located and I never had any issues here.

Don't be fooled. They say their storage areas are air conditioned but they are not. Our belongings stink of humidity and moldy air. They will also bait and switch on you with uhaul published prices. once you are there for your reservation they will say they do not have that space anymore but wil give you a "similar one " for more money. Avoid!

I was just there and frank is very unfriendly and act miserable, I walk out and left the store! I do not recommend it at all. I rather drive to a farther location.

Super unfriendly and unhelpful. Rented a truck from them for 7 hours and returned on time. Was then charged for 2 days. I'd go to a more professional rental service.

Horrible dishonest company. I was told to verbally inform them before the 1st of the month that I was vacating and make sure it was clean. I left on the 30th and told them and it was spotless. After 4 yrs of payments they charged me anyway. I put up with a dangerous elevator, and employees who have bad attitudes for years. Highly suggest you look elsewhere .

A 24 HR Storage facility with a fully a/c xlimate controlled environment . its kinda pricey but well worth it.
