You have to know this, this store in the Dadeland mall has 2 characters, one is a man who is a manager who made me look for products, he never helped me and when I found it he sent me to look for one, one sealed, has a black beard and the other is a woman. This is the second time that he treated my blonde hair very badly, I asked him for a sample and he told me that if I was good they don't give samples and I asked him for a sulfate free shampoo and he told me to read that I could find it for him I asked your name u told me in my Damn, I wasn't going to give it to me, Coorporate please, they are going to close this store, look for customer service, educated people

Had an amazing experience at this Sephora!! Marlen was the associate that helped me out, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. I needed assistance looking for a glow recipe mist and as soon as she noticed she came over to help. I felt very relieved since I came in at a busy time and was worried no one would be able to help me. She was very charismatic and got me the product I needed in no time! She even encouraged me to sign up for the rewards program. Employees with such diligence and dedication to their work are rare to see nowadays so I was very pleased with the service provided! With this service, this location has gained a new customer!

Every time the customer service is terrible at Sephora but yesterday Mrs. Marlene assisted me with kindness and giving the best advice regarding my choices with my products, they should all be like that. Since my last purchase was terrible!! Thanks to Marlene for providing me with your quality of service yesterday.

We had the most wonderful experience at this location. We had a birthday party here and the manager Kerry helped us through every step, was so incredibly kind and patient. She helped us set up, take down, and was there without any complaints. She’s truly the kindest human. It was one of the most magical experiences for my girls! The party was the biggest hit!

Visited this location on Black Friday. I recently had my makeup done by a friend and famous makeup artist. She does bridal makeup, has a makeup line and is AMAZING at makeup. She told me the shades and lines to get. I walked in asking for what I knew I needed. I had makeup on already. The woman at the Giorgio Armani section was adamant that I was getting the wrong shades. She proceeded to ‘show me’ on top of the contour, foundation, concealer, etc. that I was already wearing.
It was so frustrating because I knew what I needed and asked for it. I didn’t ask for tips or advice. I explained why and showed her a photo of the makeup that was done for me. She ended up convincing me that the concealer was the wrong shade but today, when I did my makeup… it’s too dark under the eye and not giving the desired look like the brighter one I asked for that was used in the picture.
I understand wanting to help people who don’t know BUT I explained why I knew what I needed and this woman is not the same caliber as the woman who taught me or she wouldn’t work at Sephora. When people know what they need… leave them alone. I blame myself for doubting myself and now having to spend another $50.

I went to Sephora to buy a fragrance I love the discount that is right now of 20% 10% 15% in all products and fragrances yesterday I went to Dadeland mall and I I get in to Sephora to take advantage of getting a new fragrance ,a face mask that I was looking for as well and the best thing was the costumer service that one of the workers at Sephora her name was Marlene she gave an amazing service and tips I was very happy and satisfied with the service and the store very recommended

Well, I just left Sephora, here is my receipt and the worker who helped me at the checkout was a little upset, so much so that she practically threw the products at me in a very abrupt way and I had to tell her, be careful, you hit me on the nail and that's when her attitude changed a little. I really don't understand why some workers do these things. In fact, I was really outraged by what happened. That worker should have been more careful and not get upset when a customer asks her to check something...here I leave my receipt and you can see Who was the worker who helped me and throwing the products at me almost broke my nail...this was in the Dadeland moll

Okay I’m not sure how they train their employee but the lady that “helped” was so forceful towards what she thinks is the best. I walked in there knew what I wanted . I told her multiple time hey no this is the product I want but she was so persistent to a point I had to buy a YSL foundation. I’m going to return it hopefully in a day she’s not there . But dam I’m never ever getting with an associate. I was held hostage to like what she likes. I mean let me know Sephora if you don’t want certain products to not sell , like what’s the point of keeping them . Aggressive. But she was a nice lady it’s just her work is to aggressive
