Oh my goodness! Whatever you need for your “beauty” routine, it’s here. I purchased an item online and went to pick it up. Very crowded. Inside a beautiful high-rise. Parking inside building. Great and friendly staff.

The worst customer service. and the entire staff provides a mediocre service it made me think of Sephora corporate is reading the reviews. I don’t think so. It’s a shame.

I rate minus 5 stars. After a long absence i revisited this Sephora location. I could not believe how much it had changed. Super crowded and dirty, there are missing testers and stations are not kept, customer service people believe they are influencers and treat people with disdain. I never leave Sephora buying anything but I was so disgusted by the staff attitude from the manager to the cashiers who are so full of themselves-that I will never return to this or any other Sephora.

Horrible Customer Service. Every time I stop to pick up product in the store no one is available to help. Especially the hair care section. You have all these employees walking around like they are confused but no one is available to help. I asked for a shampoo sample, because I have a sensitive scalp. I wanted to try it first before purchasing. I had 3 other hair care products totaling over 100 bucks, but the sales associate refused to give me a shampoo sample. Worse it took me 15 minutes to find the hair care products because no one was available to help.

Diana was horrible at assisting me. I asked for help with finding a specific product that I already know but didnt know where it was, her exact words '' you have to walk around and look for it, we dont pick products of the shelf for people'', I asked to show me where it was she said she has other costumers to attend and couldnt help me. I had to insist then she walked me over to the shelf looked at it, pointed at it and didnt even take it to give it to me. Pointless to have such person for costumer service, because that was no costumer service. Costumer could be the most stupid person, but if they spend money (without disrespecting anyone ofc) which is the goal of any business, they should be assisted with any subjectively stupid questions.Oppositely, Raquel was amazing, helped me with every product and even upsold a YSL lipstick that I didnt come here for, bought because of her amazing attitude and comunication skill.

This is a fun Sephora. Staff are really helpful and there’s a fun buzz to it. I’m the Miami City Center Mall, an indoor outdoor venue that has fun high end shopping and decent dining.

The worst Sephora location I’ve been to in my whole life. Despite having a lot of employees walking around, no one remotely bothers to help you. I went with the intention to purchase a specific fragrance that was in stock in this location, and after walking around the store for quite some time, I asked the lady with heavy makeup on her face who was standing (can’t say she was working) by fragrance department to help me out. She gave me a very unwelcoming look and… walked away. I didn’t purchase anything I wanted to get that day, and I am never coming back.

Absolutely horrendous! More than a month ago, I booked a makeup appointment for today as I have a black tie gala tonight. I received a call from Sephora THIS MORNING that the makeup artist had “called out” for the day and they would need to cancel my appointment.They promised me to reschedule me for the same time at Miami World Center, a few minutes away. I found out later that the staff at Sephora Brickell City Center had rebooked me at the incorrect time and I couldn’t attend.Now, I will be attempting my own makeup for this very important event and I’m so sad. I am awestruck by the utter lack of professionalism.I can see their makeup artist’s availability online, and I see that she still has availability this evening. My guess is that she scored a last minute Formula One ticket and cancelled all of her daytime appointments. Classic!

Had everything in stock unlike other Sephora stores I've visited. I was able to try on everything and found the best shades for me. Bought a few things and it was a great experience overall! (gf review lol)

Today I want to let you know about my horrible experience today in this place. I entered, the first girl attended me and so far everything was fine, she showed me and helped me with my doubts, she was very kind, thank you!Afterwards, I continued looking around the rest of the store and I began to feel uncomfortable in the way that the Sephora employees follow you, almost harassing me or pending as if I were going to steal. It really is very uncomfortable, apart from the fact that they don't make you look good, it was a girl with a purple hat, although there were several who wore it, I could not identify the name, but I will not return to this store, I do not recommend going.
