I’m not sure why this location has such positive reviews. I went to the store excited as I was travelling and needed to get a few things but no one in the store greeted me or offered to help, each employee had poor attitudes and didn’t look in my direction. One employee working in the hair section was busy doing her own hair in the mirror and totally ignored me browsing products. Such a poor experience unfortunately but I hope things can change, it was a really unsettling experience.

Lady or Leidi (i’m sorry for my spelling) was SO KIND and went out of her way to hold a pick up order for me 5 minutes after they had closed. most people would not do that and that just shows how sweet of a person she is! i had the best experience just because of her and really appreciate her going above and beyond for a total stranger!!!

I've been going to Sephora for close to 30 years and this is hands down the best customer service I've received. Went in on Sunday 10-12-25 at opening, and the gentleman that helped me was an absolute doll. Helped me find exactly what I needed and a little bit more. Thank you for the great experience! X

One of the employees just shut the door to people’s faces, I understand it’s still 10:58, 2 min till the store opens, but maybe you can teach them to be polite and say nicely something like “sorry we will be open in 2 min”, and I am writing this down in 11:02 am and the store is not open yet even though people wait outside!

I forgot something at home for a trip and made a quick stop here. Maribel, a sales associate here, was THE SWEETEST! Sephora has a bad rep with service but she was the nicest and very helpful.

I have been living in this community for about six years and had the opportunity to watch the construction of this Sephora from the ground up. While I’m not big on makeup, I do love skincare, and from the very first day I walked in, the staff has always been incredibly welcoming.
However, someone who truly stands out is Robert—he is the heart of this store! His passion, talent, and uplifting personality make every visit an experience. He introduced me to beauty products through services, and honestly, that’s what keeps me coming back instead of ordering online. His warm smile brightens anyone’s day, and his expertise is unmatched. He is the ONLY person I trust to wax my eyebrows, and after recently getting my makeup done by him, I was left absolutely speechless—his artistry is beyond talent; it’s a true gift!
The entire staff is always kind and helpful, but Robert and Steff are the reason I continue choosing this Sephora over competitors. Thank you for hiring such exceptional employees and for providing amazing services that make every visit worthwhile!

My favorite Sephora location! Jocelyn is the best beauty advisor, she helped me so much choosing the right products for my hair and im always so happy to see her. Compared to other Sephora this location is so quiet calm and not overwhelming with too many people.
