Called Hector because my tank was backed up. He came the next morning and service was excellent. Called and showed me on video what needed to be done. Price for the cleaning was great. Definitely recommend Septic Masters.

Septic system care can seem complicated to homeowners but Hector did a great job explaining proper design and how to care for them and maintain their longevity. He was prompt in communication, came on time, and worked hard until the job was finished thoroughly. Honest pricing. Will definitely be using again in the future.
