I was a State Farm client under Herrera Insurance Agency in the past but because I had found a cheaper quote with another insurance company, I left. That change that I did was a big regret as the insurance company I had, did not protect me when I needed them so I made sure to returned as a client to State Farm through this agency because to be honest, the customer service Darianna Alvarez performs is like no other! Ive been with Sergio Herrera State Farm for over 30 years and they still treat me like a brand new customer. Darianna always goes out of her way to help with any issue that I might have.
