My stay at the motel was incredibly unpleasant. The room lacked proper cleanliness with dust, dirty bedsheets, and unwashed blankets. The absence of cups and bathroom ventilation added to the discomfort, making the entire space excessively humid. The cleaning service was subpar, and one day they didn't even attend to the room. The most concerning issue was the presence of bed bugs, causing itching and discomfort. While I acknowledge it's a motel, basic cleanliness and the absence of bed bugs should be ensured for a tolerable stay, along with addressing the humidity issue due to the bathroom's lack of ventilation.

Worst experience. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Place smell bad. Everything is old. Front desk people extra rude. Also your deposit will not be returned. Beds are dirty. Cockroaches in room. Worst night. Booked it for the area good location but I def won't do this

Rooms were clean, after reading many reviews I was hesitant, as they mentioned blood stained sheets and cockroaches.But having no other option that was under 300 a night given a music festival, we booked it.We got room 208 and it was great.Yes, outdated, but, clean and everything worked. Would definitely stay there again.Did the $100 deposit in cash which was returned after a quick room inspection.

Place smell bad. Service is horible, rude. They never give back the deposit roaches in the room. I ask leave or a room change did neither. Told me it was to late to get my refund and the hotel was full accorong to them. The didnt even have a remote for the tv the person came up 3 doferent tomes with 3 diferent remotes to be able to get a proper remote. When you ask to speak to the manager he is never there. They just give you hotel number and when you call is the same thing they never know when he will be in.

We stayed, my boyfriend and I, 4 nights during the Ultra Music Festival. Fast check-in, friendly. Spacious and clean room with a refrigerator. Air conditioning working great. No microwave but there is one near the reception. Free parking with a bus stop within a minute of walk. Starbuck very close too. We appreciate the location. I recommend for a normal budget.

Room smell really awful. Please make sure you have exhaust fan in the rest room atleast. Cockroaches are scrolling around I killed one with my slippers. I suggest don’t spend money to show outside beauty insted work on basic needs inside the rooms.

I called ahead for 2 beds, got here and clearly specified that I need 2 beds. Get the room, 1 bed. Turn around back to the office, man says he needs to charge me for the extra bed. Get the room with 2 beds, no soap. Glad I’m only staying 1 night.

There is NO way these reviews are real. I'm sorry this place is bad. First room smelled of smoke so bad we moved to another room. Second room was a little better. Tile floor, needed a good sweeping at the very least, hair all over the floor like from a wet mop. Also random white pill on the bed, noticed a teeth flosser on the floor behind the bed when charging my phone. Bathroom in poor condition. Nothing felt clean. Has potential. Desperately needs renovations. In a prime area close to Wynwood and Brickell.

I’ve stayed in my fair share of 2 star hotels over the last 25 years, including $10/night hotels in SE Asia. I would not have left this review if I was treated properly by the male front desk manager. The woman with longer black hair that worked there was friendly and helpful, however.After taking a nap on my check in, I awoke to a giant cockroach crawling below my bed, up my wall, and running across the floor. I spent a good 20 minutes trying to kill it, not knowing where it would be crawling by night time. When I calmly told the male at the front desk, he said “we don’t have any roaches, we exterminate all the time”, then asked me if I BROUGHT THE COCKROACH IN. Extremely horrible customer service on his end to gaslight the guest.He said he wouldn’t give me a refund because I’d already been in the room for 5 hours. I wouldn’t have wanted to leave if there wasn’t a giant cockroach in the room?? He also said he couldn’t refund the rest of my stay till morning because they took the cash I paid with away already (by 8pm).The room had a musty smell to it, little hairs in front of the bathtub, rusty bathroom shelf, and stained IKEA $5night tables. So instead of checking out with my original stay of 6 nights, I checked out the next morning, and it was the best decision I ever made. I think this marked the end of me ever staying in a motel again.

Horrible clerk today april 8 at 3 30 i called. Tina her name.. Dont even know if its real.. Terrible attitude. Told us straight up were practically screwed.. Manager nowhere to be found.. Cancelled both my nights even though last night i did call to inform them my flight was canceled. So here i am.. Paid for 2 nights of hotel and end up sleeping here at the airport since other hotels are too expensive at last minute. Why a horrible place like this should exist..?

I was going to stay here with my girlfriend and booked the room on expedia. The room was disgusting and had cum on the bed and hair in the sink and tub. I told the front desk its un acceptable and was leaving. They informed me i would need to contact expedia for my refund. When expedia tried to confirm i never stayed they denied and lied and say a manager has to approve that. Meanwhile a manager refuses to return my calls
