I understand the hustle, but if you want retention and returning customers, to ACTUALLY RETURN. Stop being so pushy and money hungry cant even offer a regular oil change we all go there for our connivence, making it an inconvenience for anyone to go as if we dont know oil change prices.

I have been coming to Castrol Premium Lube Express for a number of years. They are always trustworthy and do a good job. The gentleman who helped me most recently is named Carlos. He always takes excellent care of my car and has lots of expertise.

Good reliable service and specially very quick. Very honest people. These are the plus.Theirprices are not cheap and about same cost as the dealer.To be fair in the review, the waiting time here is almost 70% less than the dealer; therefore, if time is of the essence for you it may worth paying more and do the job here.

Extremely fast service, and kind staff. The prices are on par with other oil changes in the area. They didn't push a specific type of oil or package, and instead let me choose myself. I was in and out in under 15 mins. Would definitely come back!

Way too slow for a simple Oil change, took an hour long just to change the oil smh. I am a regular here but after this experience I ain’t coming back and I honestly don’t care if you are short staffed or not. Finish one car first and then move on to the next car.

I received a quick and easy oil change. They did the work right there. More trust worthy IMHO. I generally havent used castrol pil in my Genesis. Will try it this time. Will see if the car sounds better with it in. Maybe change every 3000 instead of 5000. Anyway Castrol isnt a product I normally use so not sure what to expect. However the work seened quick and easy. I will recomend and come back
