I went about 6 o’clock today Tuesday. The two ladies were great. Also the lady in the cafeteria I’ve noticed something I’ve been buying here for many years. This place is like international fast food, but excellent I’m in the hotel business I’ve noticed even people from the Ritz, Carlton, and other hotels go there to buy things I got a red velvet for somebody in the hotel. I love this place it’s very international. It’s like Disney World trading post. You call it for those who don’t know or remember those are things from all over the world and I love theLatino style foods and also wines and everything else that you guys carry thank you so much to the three employees that were there. Thank you again. Sorry for any misspellings I’m writing too. Thank you again enjoy the weather. I have a cupcake business. I should’ve told them but I know they don’t know me. Owners to know you got a great place because all kinds of people go there, rich and also regular people thank you-?I just read some of the bad comments. I’m really sorry to the people that that happened to them. That made me very sad. I hope the owner can do something about that

I shop here every morning for the past 4 months. I spend $8.05 everyday. I get a cup of ice water ( using my own cup). They say “no charge “. Today the manager tells me that I will be charged $0.99 for the water after spending $ 153 on diesel. They represent “Corporation Greed “. They’ve lost my business now to Marathon 2 blocks away!!!

This Shell at one point in time was an amazing place to be on a weekend night or on your way home from the clubs. I had great experiences here sad to see it go to s?. Fyi people this area has always been known for having homeless people nothing new.

Hispanic cashier purposely will not wait on customers. Management needs to be aware of a heavy-set Hispanic woman who cannot speak English and will purposely delay cashing out customers.

Lots of riff raff out front, people asking for money. Now what they do is when you prepay for regular they activate premium and make you pay a much higher price. That's how they do you here. Lost count the number of times I got ripped off here. Advertising sale prices and then not giving it to you...

I went in to get a single item and was told that I couldn’t bring my Segway inside. When I asked if it would get stolen if I left it out side I was told yes since this is Miami. Considering the number of people that ride the electric scooters I wouldThink that it would be ok to bring it inside. Also there are no notices on the doors either. Which is a total shame as I do like their coffee. But no more

I pumped $100 worth of gas and went in to use the restroom. It was after 11pm. Both restrooms were locked. I knocked on both . No answer . I asked the cashier if she had a key. "no speak English ". There was no one else at the station at that time so, I knew there was no one in both rooms. I've been to this station several times and never had this problem. I"ll pay them another visit. If the same response is displayed , I will have to consider this stations practices as discriminatory & appropriate measures will be put into motion.

This Shell is located right off the highway which makes for a very convenient location. There are two American flags flying outside making it look very beautiful. The bathrooms are always clean and the attendants are nice and friendly. If you're in the area I recommend fueling up at this location.

Awful experience. They close at 11pm and had everything shut off at 10:45. Ran out of gas. The ladies at this station are the worst, just look at past reviews. I have reported this to shell corporate, hopefully they hold the owner responsible for their employees. Disgrace.

Business hours says 11pm. At 1035pm clerk denied me from using the restroom and told me they were closed. After me asking what time you close and they said 10 45 to be ready by 11. I asked why u closing too early and they sold me the beer and closed the door for other customers. You dont deny a sale and u don't deny restroom to paying customers

Went to have my 5 year old son use the restroom and “Judy” said both men’s and women’s were broken. It’s funny cuz they are always broken. If you are a family looking to buy fuel or anything use another place more family friendly.
