The cashier in there just rolled her eyes at me and told me that she wasn't ready yet when the gentleman that was in front of her told me to go ahead. She's enrolled her eyes at me and I told her that she was rude and she just looked at the other lady with a smile on her face. She told me that I was arrogant in Spanish. I told her that she was disrespectful and that I would tell her manager and she told me to go ahead and she kept laughing at the situation. When I told her that I was going to report her and that I needed a manager she says there was no manager. I believe the other lady that was there was the manager, but she has always been rude herself in the past. That place is really ratchet. They have nothing but drunks hanging around on the outside and the ladies that work there definitely don't respect the customers that pay for their paychecks. I truly hope they get fired and that you guys at least higher English-speaking people because these ladies are disrespectful and they act like they are a mafia.

I purchased a code to wash my car at the gas pump. I typed in my code while waiting in line, and instead of washing my car the code was used to wash the car in front of me, which I’m pretty sure the driver paid for his wash as well. I went inside to tell the lady my code didn’t work for me and asked for a new one, and she said it shows used so it‘s not her problem. They just distorted $8 out of me with the rusty car wash and faulty software and wasted my time and money.

Bought a car wash and car is dirty. I called to ask if something was wrong with car wash. Lady who answered told me she could not help me because she had a line and I was not a priority and hung up on me. I used to always come to this gas station and always use their Carwash. This will be my last time going. Very rude and unprofessional.

Gas station where you cannot put paper for your hands at the Gas pump and ask and they tell you what gas station they have in Florida (Miami), it is better to give you an explanation to solve the problem

The car wash always has problems and they never give you your money back. I bought an $11 car wash work and it didn't work properly. The man from the early morning told me to come at 7 and the saleswoman gave me a $3 one. When I complained to him he told me that that was not his problem. Very bad customer treatment.

It happened to me today
Through the advance auto part application
I had a discount of $.20 cents per gallon up to 20 gallons, I paid and realized that they only discounted me $.5 cents. I asked and they told me what the system is.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's not about the money, it's about deceiving the client.
