I came in at 5:50 AM like I do every single day and there’s a kid working in the counter that wears glasses. He was too busy playing on the phone to make me coffee. He told me that the machine was broken so I waited until the other employees came at 6:00 AM which they know me so I walked back into the store 10 minutes later. And the other girls served me my coffee like every day in those 10 minute. Five or six people also ordered coffee And he told him the same story, so they left and went to the gas station across the street ….! Excellent way of losing customers because of one lazy employee that was more interested playing with his phone than doing his job… He needs to be removed from this employment and maybe go work for a Burger King or something, This is what happens when you put teenagers and not responsible adult in that position handling customers and money
I always thought that shell gas stations were first class act. Obviously I was mistaken.!!!!!!!!!
Amazing how just one single person can change the image of 1 company it is not right for employees to lie to customers especially one that comes every day for the last 10 years. I normally do not leave reviews but I just had to this time I’m 61 years old and I don’t need people For teenagers lying to me about something so simple as a cup of coffee cause he was too busy playing with his cell phone?!!!

Bad service. They lie that the toilet is closed even if you fill up with them for $100. I'll use the gas station next door.

The old lady who hardly speaks English is very rude when just try to ask a simple question. Prime example of why a lot of Americans don't want immigrants in this country. She did a great job of representing who we don't want. She's a rude old loser

Sep 2/21 time 10:17pm, this is not the first time I have had to leave without receiving customer service, since the employee on this shift has been closed for almost 40 minutes, supposedly checking the register, it is not the first time this has happened to me. The other nights when he watched me get out of the car he went after me and no matter how hard he had to, he never came back to help me. It's incredible the poor customer service they offer.

Bad service, the two who work there, instead of doing their job, are always stupid talking to their friends and leaving customers who are in a hurry waiting and waiting 15 minutes for a piece of toast plus another 10 for a coffee with milk!!! If I could I wouldn't give it a single star, they show with their bad face that the public is not to blame for their problems.
