I’ve been using this car wash for a year with no problem. Today I went to get my usual car wash & it left my car soapy and said it was done. I went inside and the cashier reluctantly gave me a code to go through the wash again. The second time the same thing happened. I asked for a refund and she refused to give one, blaming me and saying that twice is enough despite her seeing my soap-covered car.

I am absolutely flabbergasted that they removed one of my favorite drinks and in place put something that will never sell. I hate it when businesses do this yesterday. There was a whole bunch today. There’s none on the employees like we sold them. All you guys didn’t sell a single one till I came along. I was literally buying two and three every single day Now there are none and they put some garbage drinks in place very very, not happy with the way this store run. This is a joke to take products out to put unpopular products in. I suggest going to Walgreens across the street luckily they have my product. They also have friendlier smiles and I’m much nicer store stop coming to the show is horrible.

I just left the shell today on Sunday I can I go here 2 or 3 times a week to get a soda and I usually bring my little 6 pound dog with me and she's on a leash and I watch her. I went and got my drink and my other stuff I went to the counter and the girl looked at me she goes. You know we don't allow ser dogs and allow service dogs here. I said well she said that's OK she's she She's a service dog. I have her papers on my cophone. Well it doesn't matter even if it is, we just don't allow dogs in here so well well the state of Texas says that you have to do that you have to let them in if they're emotional support and she argued then we start arguing with him back-and-forth and she goes you know I could I didn't have to let you in. I saw that dog and I just waited till you were leaving to you were not to say something ! while you would've been better off not saying anything because I would've been in and out in two minutes she got me so flustered I couldn't even pay for my stuff I've been in that store thousand times and nobody's ever ever been that rude. Her name was Paula or LaDonna or Londa? I can't remember, but she was the rudest clerk I've ever encounter in Nacogdoches and highly recommend don't go there anymore. There's a bunch of loiters that hang out front anyway.asking for money

This gas station is cool , sometimes you can find the gas price way to low compared to other places where the prices are souring upward , this gas station I like because also there plenty of different kind of stuff to shop in case you need it also they have a coffee machine although I haven't try it yet , but the place is ok , I sometimes drive by to see the gas price and if I see it somewhat hight that is unlikely most of the time , then I continue to others ,

anyone gas up there this past tuesday April 11? mom put gas there that morning, not even a few blocks later car started shaking uncontrollably and shut off. Towed to dealership and techs saying the gas is contaminated, whole thing will need to be cleaned now. Someone in the area said the station was closed wednesday for no reason too

Pumped gas at this location last Tuesday April 11. The gas was contaminated with water. Costly repair. Reported to Florida Department of Agriculture that handles gas stations. No one is answering number at station.

DO NOT PUT GAS AT THIS GAS STATIONThey filled my car with WATER and they do not answer the phone. Shell Corporate does not email me back. AVOID THIS GAS STATION!!!!

Customer service at that location is horrible!! The lady working on 02/14/23 the 1:20 pm shift for reference. She was not wearing a name tag, had black hair.
