Very pleased with this gas station, it has lots of different options for food and drink. People who work in this gas station were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly!

This Shell gas station across from Miami Dade College is honestly one of the cleanest, most well run spots I’ve been to. Besides the usual pumps, they have a car wash, three vacuum stations, and one bathroom inside and two bathrooms in a separate building that are actually open to the public.
It feels like a mini convenience store with everything from snacks and drinks to sunglasses and bags of ice. The place is always well stocked, super clean, and fully staffed, which makes a difference when you’re in a rush.
They always smile and say hello when you walk in.

I am a regular customer of this particular shell gas station at the MDC campus, unfortunately I had a bad argument with the cashier Mileydis this morning, she did not wanted to honor my fuel rewards just because I entered wrong my phone number the first time. She was giving me bad attitude and asking “not to make mistakes when entering my phone number”, she allegedly said their upper management don’t like to have voided transactions. She finally voided the transaction and started a new one just because I asked her to. My mistake to input wrong my phone number the first time, but is that a real deal to the point of not wanting to honor your fuel rewards?
I was totally upset but preferred to remain quiet, every business runs because their customers, and providing a good customer service experience should be priority #1.

Every night I go try to put diesel at this gas station and they put a red bag over the diesel. Why do they close the diesel pumps at night? That is not right they should leave them open for people to pump diesel. This is horrible. Also my rewards points was not even working the other day at this gas station. Sometimes my credit card doesn’t even work at this gas station because their machines are messed up.

I go there because it's so close to my house. But because the staff thinks I don't speak spanish, they act like they don't understand what I'm asking for.They just stare at me. It's very rude.God bless them

I want to make this review because I am grateful for my visit here today, first of all everything is clean, tidy and the food is delicious, there is a variety of food and drinks that are not normally found, the bathroom is super clean (which is a very rare find in a service station) the employees, a tall guy in the cashier area, were very friendly. ????

5 people to do a shift change!!!!! Waited 20 minutes... and still were shown 10 fingers ...another 10 min

This is one of the few gas stations in the area that actually has a touch free car wash. Annas was very helpful and happy to answer all of my questions, and did so in a professional manner. For $11 you get the premium wash. Or if you purchase gas, you can get the $5 wash for $3. However, after two attempts, my car was still dirty. I was able to run my finger on it and the dirt would come off easily so I am not sure why their premium wash did not work. Quite disappointing. But customer service was definitely excellent. I was able to get my money back and go elsewhere.
