Be aware I know a couple people that have gotten their identities stolen here. They don't check their machines for card skimmers. Be careful at this location.

Management maintains the pump Machines always out of receipt paper.
Probably a way to get the customer to come inside and end up buying.

Worst gas station service ever. Claimed that I stole a Coca Cola, when he is the one that assisted and charged me. Threaten on harming my vehicle, even after I show him the receipt. The old guy then claimed that my friend did not pay when he had his card inserted the whole time.

No customer service, car wash code wasn’t working The young man working there, Irving! Was useless! Zero customer service! Car was code was not working and wouldn’t take the dollar bills either! I paid for the car wash and I was unable to use it ! SHELL owes me a car wash! Very disappointed!

NO Customer service! The young man was useless! Irving.. he mumbled! I bought a car wash 2 days ago, long line I decided to come in today. As per the receipt it expires 4/26, in ten days! I tried the code Nothing not working! I asked the cashier, Irving?! It’s not working! He said the codes are not working, only cash! I was aggravated but I tried the dollar bills, machine not taking my code nor the money and NO ASSISTANCE! I just left ! SHELL still owes me a car wash! That kid working there couldn’t care less what’s going on there! At least help or put a sign ‘codes not working’ Something! Zero customer service! Very disappointed!

This review is for the car wash tunnel. The last 3 times I washed my car (medium SUV) the right-rear half don't get cleaned. Actually, I've seen the same happen to the car ahead mine. Please fix the machine.

Almost called the police when the cashier tried to short me $15. The person currently working behind the register seems incapable of performing their job. They do not know how to operate the register and seem completely dumbfounded by cash transactions.
