I am very happy to see that prior reviews were taken into consideration as far as the high pricing. I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive pricing and came back to the station. I used to gas up here but had to stop due to their high pricing. Continue being competitive and you will regain your previous customers. Thank You

The vacuum wasn't working and the attendant refused to give me my money. I had already put in $2 in the other one that wasn't working (thinking that maybe I put in wrong coins or something) and she only refunded me $1.5. I tried out the other one and that one wasn't iworking either. The attendant refused to give me my money back because, according to her, she had already told me not to use the other one. I never heard her say that to me. She says that was the owner's orders, who also has no customer service.
Additionally, gas here is always way expensive than anywhere else, even across the street.
Do not go to this gas station. It's a ripoff.

This Shell sucks. I went specifically for a car wash and a redbull. Inside the store, there are Redbull signs all over for 2 for $6. I got charged $9 for two and told the car wash is broken at checkout. Further, Jose couldn’t adjust the price to what was advertised or give me a refund either. Basic teller ish. What a joke. They either don’t trust him or think he’s capable of doing it.

Their prices are always almost a $1 more than the Mobile Gas station in front.

This location is really annoying. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about the crew. It’s shell itself. You will use your Apple Pay to purchase some gas. And next thing u see is 200.00 dollars taken from your CC. It’s a system error, so u see a reverse charge right away. However it’s been more than a week and the reverse charge has not been fully processed so I have 200. 00 frozen.
Update :Management reached out, which is kind and the hold has been released.

I went to put gas in my car and the lady at the register said she could not accept my $100 bill and that it had to be one of the new bills and that they do not accept old $100 bills. She did not test the bill and said she couldn’t accept it. I went to my car and luckily I had a new $100 bill. I went back inside with the “new” $100 bill. I handed her the “new” $100 bill and she takes out a small bottle to check the bill. WHY….. didn’t she do that with the old bill???????????? How can you not accept a bill if you have the bill tester to make sure it is an authentic bill and automatically say it is not accepted because it’s not a new version of the $100 bill. I’m in total awe by this incident. This is ridiculous!!! She should have tested the original bill and end of story. What a mission just to put some gas. PLEASE AVOID THIS GAS STATION.

Why is your price of fuel almost $1 more per gallon than the exxon across the street and also more than your neighboring shell on coral way less than a mile away. This is not a one off
I've been observing the pattern from this location for years now.

Horrible customer service, there was a lady who instead of working was writing on a piece of paper. And then not to mention another worker who had a red shirt who thought he was the owner. In my life I had never had such disastrous attention as that there.
