Absolutely terrible vendor. Awful customer service, dismissive, apathetic staff who told me there is no difference between an eggshell finish and a satin finish, which is untrue! They are also unbelievably OVERPRICED. I bought the same exact paint at Lowes for half the price. They upcharge the merchants and then sell them "a discount" but really they are completely disreputable. STAY AWAY!

I have had to buy A LOT of paint and paint supplies over the past year. I go out of my way to go to the Tropical Park store because they are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just overall good.

Sherwin-Williams fell short on all fronts. The staff's disregard for time, rude demeanor, and unhelpful attitude made for a frustrating visit. A 30-minute wait yielded no assistance, highlighting a lack of proactive customer service. Overall, a disappointing experience that left me questioning the store's commitment to its customers.Recommend training employees with the basic customer service skills

Costumer service is horrible! Spend 25 min waiting and when they finally decided to help me out. The guys say oh if u want color the machine stops at 6… nice you couldn’t take 2 sec to tell me miss the machine stops at 6 if your looking for custom paint you will have to come back tomorrow? TAKES 2 min tops to be nice instead of playing with peoples time.
