Alex and Corina (spelling) were so helpful! I had an unfortunate accident, while on vacation, with my phone. They were able to revive my waterlogged phone (twice!) and transfer my data onto my new phone. Amazing customer service! They truly care about their customers!

I have been getting double charged from simple mobile every month since last May of 2023, I have all my bank statements and they say that they dont see my double charges, that they only see my monthly bill. I disputed what I could through my bank but they reversed the claim and took my money back from my bank account but they have no information about the other charge the claim they dont see Im getting no where with speaking to a representative

Needed a Sim CArd-Dealing with Simple Mobile Miami was a simple, efficient, quick & fun experience. They were extremely competitive compared to others like T-Mobile, AT&T. Boosts Mobile were out to lunch completely.
