I sold 4 of my old iPhones here and the service was extremely fast and effective. Depending on the condition of the phone you will receive an offer but is very fair in my opinion. Also, the whole process feels very transparent unlike others places where they take advantage of you. I highly recommend either to sell old phones, fix phones or buy a new one.

I love this place. I seriously cannot stress how much recommend them. I have been here three times. Twice with a broken iPhone screen and once with a broken iPad screen. The guy was able to fix the phone relatively quickly (couple hours) and the iPad screen took three or so days. I payed $120 fix the iPad screen and I think it was $70 for the iPhone screen. Either way, worth it and they do great work. They are my go-to people when screens break.

I could recommend this business. The character of a person and a business is defined by how they handle conflict. Some conflicts are messy, uncertain and gray and resolution seldom sees everyone happily agreeing eye to eye even after a resolution is reached. I had such a conflict with this business, and it was resolved by Oscar, the store manager, and his staff. We probably won't be friends, but my impression of Oscar is that he has an organized mind and strives to be fair and I think those are qualities rare enough to be valued when found.Here, Oscar had multiple valid choices, each potentially justifiable by differing points of views, and he chose to do the right thing even though it wasn't the easiest. If you want a place that will work with you in the rare event of something going wrong, then consider here.
