The store messed up on the original delivery instructions. We had to wait another week for a new delivery. They show up finally and the technician dropped the pump and now it doesn't work. They dont keep spare pumps on the truck. The next tech they can send out is another week! They took our old p5 that worked fine and left us with a broken mattress. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager and he never called us back. I have to wait till Monday to call customer service because the store can't give us answers. Do yourself a favor walk across the street and buy a Tempurpedic.

I felt very comfortable working with Luis at the Midtown Miami location. He did not use any pressure sales tactics. He answered all of my questions and was very informative about my purchase.

Luis was very helpful, my husband and I already are sleep number people, we were just in the market for a larger one, and Luis was very knowledgeable and able to help us with our purchase! Definitely recommend a sleep number, and the midtown location is great!

Horrible horrible experience. $6,700 for a kick in the balls experience. Almost 3hrs in the store, day off of work waiting for delivery and the guy shows up with a piss poor attitude and his wife that can’t help him lift anything. The saleswoman Emily assured me that the adjustable frame fits inside my existing bed frame and that the delivery team does not return the slats or the wood planks of the bed frame just the old mattress. After paying for the new bed and waiting a week for delivery and taking the day off they show up. The delivery man tells me that he doesn’t touch the bedframe and he’s not sure the new queen mattress even fits. No tools no tape measure or nothing. Just tells me what he does not do. I immediately call the store with no help and reach customer service on the phone who tells me they are correct, They don’t touch the bed frame. $6,700 for a bed that was guaranteed to fit in my existing frame and the delivery team won’t touch the frame, tells me to take it apart for him. Customer service agrees with him. He was incredibly rude and condescending in my home and after refusing to help me was getting incredibly loud in the phone with his boss so I asked him to leave my apartment. His boss called to apologize and said yes of course he was supposed to remove my mattress and whatever was in the way of installing the new mattress but couldn’t get anything done again for another week. I called store for a refund after wasting all of my time and money. Just went and saw this champion of wrong information Emily for my refund and just as lame as the expression on her face said “oh I thought I told you” I had to deconstruct my bed. I asked what about an elderly person how are they supposed to do that? Her reply was they can’t touch your furniture. Well don’t waste your money at Sleep number because they hire idiots and are a mattress company that doesn’t install mattresses.
