First and last time I've been to this place, I was excited to try their acai bowl when I arrived there were only about 3 people in front of me and the girl warned me that "it would take a long time to be ready, 5 to 10 minutes" it seemed like normal wait time to me, after 20 minutes I realized that there was no one left before me and seeing how the people who entered received their order immediately, I approached to ask if it would take a little longer, the truth is I asked very kindly, however They told me yes, that it would take longer, at a point there was no one left waiting for their order except me and still no one was asking for my order, after 38 MINUTES the same person who warned me that it would only be 5 to 10 He started preparing my acai bowl. It had already been like 8 minutes without anyone coming in. I didn't understand why he hadn't prepared my order. It took her literally 2 minutes to make my acai bowl and I attached the photo of what I received. Honestly, a complete disappointment about this place. I wasted my time and money, what I honestly think is that no one wanted to make my order because it bothered them make just an acai bowl.

The place smells so bad ! Why does it smell like wet dog ? There’s also fruit flies flying around because the front door is open, probably because the place smells !!

I had ordered a pick up order since I had limited time (order was set to pick up at 3:24 I left at 3:55 empty handed). After an 30-40 minutes of me being there (and letting the employees know I was there to pick up an order) Sabrina let me know they didn't have strawberries. I kindly told Sabrina to sub it by mangoes but then I saw that they kept leaving my order for last so I asked Sabrina to please cancel my order and that I would like a refund. Sabrina didn't know how to do any of that so she gave me the managers phone number. I have called and texted and I'm still waiting. I'm not the type to complain but this was completely unacceptable. Employees don't look well trained. Service is extremely slow, and when you need help they don't know how to assist you. For sure worst customer service I've ever experienced

By far the worst experience i have ever had with a smoothie king. I came in on cyber Monday to pick up a go goji crunch that i had ordered online and thats when two employees, Jade and Mercedes inform me that they are a private business so they can close whenever they want. Lying, because the manager later confirmed smoothie bowls are open till closing. They first told me i couldn’t get a refund to which i replied that i had been to another smoothie king prior and they had given me a refund. They didn’t have $12 in their register so they took down my information and said they would pass it on to their manager. A days go by and i have yet to receive a refund. So i contact the store and ask for the managers number. After several back and forth texts with the manager, it’s been 5 days and not only has he stopped answering, but i have yet to receive my refund. Super unprofessional staff and manager. Im a regular at smoothie king and he also owns the one in Miami Lakes to which his employees confessed that he keeps their tips and when i called the rest of the stores he owns they said the same thing. Stop tipping here and pray if you happen to order when Jade and Mercedes are on shift.

Decided to stop by to get the açaí reward from my app and had to wait so long for it. While waiting for it, I witnessed one of the employees trying to help the other employee with orders since they were backed up. While attempting to place the blender in the machine that I’m guessing provides water or some type of liquid he quickly tries going for another order and the jar base falls into the sink. He realizes what occurs after looking behind and looks at it inside of the sink and thinks about it and continues to use it as the order. As I keep waiting for my reward açaí which a few others were, they run out of bowls and I hear the same worker that dropped the jar state to be stingy with the açaí bowls so they switched from the bowls they were using to the small cups they use when they have extra substance from a shake order. I was disappointed that I waited 20+ minutes for a small little cup.

I normally go to tropical smoothie but due to time constraints, decided on getting a smoothing at smoothie king. Ordered online and arrived a couple minutes later. I was viewing the worker making the smoothie and noticed after pouring, they used their finger to put some back into the cup, to fill it up. Once completed, she mentioned the wrong name and I continued to wait. After 10-15 min, I asked her if my order was ready and she said yes. This was the same smoothie where she used her finger to put some of the contents back. After bringing this to her attention, she did offer to make a new one. I declined and decided to leave. For sanitary reasons, I won’t be visiting again.

I always come here to get a smoothie after a workout in the gym when I'm near my mom's house. I've never really had a bad experience here. This last time though I ordered their peanut power plus and they ran out of peanut butter. But didn't tell me until after I had paid. I chose almond butter instead so that was fine. However I wish they would of told me prior. The service is always quick and when I do go it's never really full. They keep it clean and neat. I'm not a fan of the parking lot. Most of the times I park a little further and walk over. A lot of times their small lot is full.

Every time I go I get excellent service. I arrived 30 minutes before close on a Thursday night and was greeted with smiles. Cannot complain. Keep it up!
