SCAM. Do NOT purchase from here.I ordered a sofa and table in October and was told it would take two weeks. Two weeks came and went and still no furniture. I gave it a month before complaining. Then I called and texted, but the owner would ignore me. He would text from different numbers then not respond. I literally had to visit the store multiple times.I did not get my furniture until the last week of December and that was a nightmare. He would say he will deliver “tomorrow” but then never text me a time or to confirm. He eventually delivered it on his pick up trucks. I was told I would get a $150 refund and an accent chair for the inconvenience.I waited and waited. No refund. So I went back to the store to complain and he had me pick out a color for the accent chair. I tried to ask for proof of a refund processing like a confirmation or something, but that wasn’t provided.A month went by, no chair and no refund. So I went back again. The owner gave me $80 and said the rest of the refund is still processing and that I would get my chair soon.It is August. I still don’t have the $70 or the chair. Also, the quality of the sofa is terrible. After one month, the seats of the sofa are sunk in.I plan on reporting this business.

This place is horrible. I purchased my furniture in March. i still haven't received my furniture. I paid in full, every time I pass they're closed. oh did I mention they blocked my number. if the courts weren't closed I would've sued this company. It also seems that they're still doing business from some of the complaints I've read. I really just want my money back, me and my family went through the whole stay at home period with no couch. Its heart breaking that people like this are allowed to run a business and take advantage of paying customers.

Ridiculous is the only word I have. Bought a couch on a March and still haven't gotten one response back. Have left numerous messages and called on a daily basis. Still no response back after 6 months. These people are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They make an excuse that Covid 19 is why orders aren't ready but what does that have to do with communication with a paid customer waiting for order. What a mess! These people are the worst of the worst.

These people are horrible. They act as though the customer owes them instead of them Owing delivery of merchandise. They post fake delivery dates on IG when the merchandise had to be asked for delivery many times. Sets up delivery date and doesn't comply. So you're waiting like an idiot. They finally delivered because "it's bad for business by posting bad reviews" Harassing the customer and threatening to spit at people's face and disrespectful af. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from here. Scam all around. "Covid19" delays BS! Item was bought prior to any of this even happening. If I could give no stars I would!

I wish i would of read all these reviews before spending my money with these thieves I have called everyday for the past 4 months and never have i gotten a call back I exposed them on Instagram and they quickly updated there page mind you they still haven't reached out to me but there excuse is \"DUE TO COVID-19\" I even found the owner on face book his name is robert berenguer this thieve drives a black corvette nice to know where my money went every thing comes around to those who take advantage of people

Don’t waste your time \u0026 money with this unprofessional company if you can even call this a company. Ridiculous how there is no communication with customers that have already paid. They ask that you pay with Zelle so that you can’t get your money back or dispute it. I will be taking legal action against these low life’s.

This has been the worst experience of buying furniture I have ever had. They don't answer calls and refuse to refund money. They have had my money for over 3 months now and I have yet to hear anything about getting my sofa. Don't fall victim to this scam people!!!!!

Scammers of the worst kind!! First of all, the quality of the furniture they have on display is not the same as the one they deliver. The fabric started ripping where the backrest meets the seat on the third day of use, and it makes loud sounds when you sit, move and get up. When we sit in the middle, we sit on the frame. It’s ridiculous. However, the worst part was the experience with the employees. When we purchased the sofa, they told us it would be delivered within 3-7 days. It took them a month. We called them several times, most of which they never answered. When they did, they said things like they had some setbacks at the factory, or that they would call us back to give us an update, which never happened. A couple times, they told us the sofa was arriving in the next 3 days, which also didn’t happen. Almost 4 weeks after the purchase, we went to the store to confront them and ask for our money back. They told us they couldn’t give us the money because the sofa was ready already, so they would only refund 40% of the total. Can you believe that? We told them we would call the police, and the guy, who said he was the owner, said the police had been 3 times already there. He was used to have the police there because of similar complaints, but they were never forced to pay back to the customers by the police.He told us we were gonna spend more money in a lawyer than just accepting the sofa. At the moment i was with my family for a few days and I didn’t want to keep ruining the holidays over this so i just waited for the sofa. Terrible terrible experience. Do not be fooled by the low prices. They sell expensive furniture when you consider the quality. I can’t believe how they’re not out of business. I give this review to avoid other people from going through what we went. It was very frustrating and angering and I don’t wish this to happen to anyone.

My husband and I we paid for a sofa since January 2020. It was never delivered. We got all kind of excuses and lies. They stole the money. This guys are fraudsters. This is a scam and they will steal your money. And they are super rude and arrogant

On November 22nd, 2019 I approached your Miami store and I agreed to purchase a L-sectional right chaise black sofa with pillows. I paid with a credit card the full amount of $480.43. The terms and conditions on the invoice estimated a 3 to 7 business days for completion date. The invoice number 0000066 was generated and the waiting process started. After several calls, text messages and visits and a month and a half later the incorrect sofa (a left chaise sofa) was delivered to me, which I did not accept. This was picked up by Mr. Frank early in January with the promise that the correct sofa will be delivered within 2 weeks.

I am losing money, time and resources.

Cool concept custom sofa for a reasonable price. They need a little sharpening up on customer service. But that’s part of a new business. Will definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a bargain custom sofa at a reasonable price

Terrible service. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. This company is a joke. I would not recommend anybody to use this company to purchase furniture. It’s a SCAM!!!
