We moved in last week and we’re loving it here. The community is super clean, everyone we’ve met has been so friendly, and the amenities are great. The only small downsides are the guest parking - unfortunately people are abusing it & park there for days in a row, pet owners dont clean up after their pets in the pet areas - not really the properties fault as there are dog bag stations every 5 feet, & every time we have been downstairs the lobby bathrooms + back bathrooms are always locked - if someone at the pool, gym, or using the BBQ has to use the bathroom they have to go all the way up to their apartment which is very inconvenient. Other than that it’s been amazing. We don’t hear our neighbors at all, everyone seems to be respectful, and maintenance was really quick when needed. Totally recommend it for the location and price!

The spa and steam room are closed on the weekends, no body helps you or assist you with instructions about how to use it. They don’t pick up the assistance phone number

The staff were absolutely fantastic but unfortunately the management was outright malicious. I left a couple weeks early in August 2024 before my lease ended up also in August 2024 since I had to move across the country, but the lease agreement essentially made it so I would have to pay an extra two months rent just because I left a couple weeks early, the space having been filled in that short time regardless.
I heard nothing about the $3400 I had to pay for a full year, not a single letter despite doing my due diligence and reporting my new address to them before my move. A full year after my move, in August 2025 I got a letter in the mail from a Collection Agency, finding that they had sent it to collections without a single notice or bill beforehand in the full year since I moved, slapping me with a downright astronomical bill out of nowhere and placing me in frankly dire financial straits.
I have nothing but love for the incredibly kind women who worked in the leasing office, they did everything in their power to help me and accommodate me, but the financial practices of that office are downright predatory, and I think that attention should be brought to that to warn anyone beforehand.
It's worth noting that I was getting priced out of the apartment anyway, the rent was being raised significantly by the time my lease was ending, and I was given no explanation as to why. Add that to the strange restrictions given (I once received a warning for having my mop out to dry on my own balcony, apparently it's a faux pas to have anything that isn't furniture outside) and I can't say I would recommend this place to anyone.

So far the process has been smooth but I agree with another tenant about parking because what if my daughters want to come visit me, they will have nowhere to park? And what if I have two vehicles which I do, I am only forced to one parking space. It’s kind of not friendly in that sense being the rent is pretty high. They should provide visitor spaces at least. The ones they have are not enough, what about the Holidays coming up. Pretty sure families want to have guests over.
Other than that, bug issue was solved but you pay for pest control and they only come when you request it online. I will need another parking space.
Management is responsive otherwise and building is clean, views nice.

The leasing experience was very smooth, thanks to priscila who made the whole process easy and took the time to understand my needs. He customer service is excellent. The building is beautiful as well as the view from the sky lounge.

XD At first I had a very bad experience when I moved here and it is unacceptable that I passed this I sent an email and I did not receive an answer and this follows the 5th floor for God have to have people in charge of these issues this only brings cockroaches and dirt Water flooding the first floor parking lot is unbearable but this is also too much. Afterwards you wonder why people leave to get paid, yes they are really good, sometimes it makes you want to leave here to pay so much and have to live like this.

The place is nice. I am a new tenant, and I still do not have a specific opinion about the administration and other services, but... Priscilla, the person who helped me from the beginning until my moving day, has given me the sweetest and most helpful treatment I have ever received from anyone . He kept me up to date with everything and guided me very kindly. Thank you very much Priscilla, from the bottom of my heart ♥️

Llevo 4 años viviendo aquí sin ningún tipo de situación como inquilino pero la Manager khaterine Brito es sumamente racista abusa de su poder debido a la posición laboral que tiene y sin ningún motivo te permite comunicarse con el personal te saca los contratos y innumerables situaciones provocada por ella haciendo sentiré a los inquilinos culpables
