Jennifer was very rude. She acted as if it was a bother that I approached her window. She treated me like I was stupid for not knowing that SFECU “doesn’t share” with SFCU. Even though the lady I spoke to before her told me I could deposit my checks there. Highly unprofessional and not friendly. I do not recommend coming here.

Joined this credit union a year and a half ago and overall it's been a pleasant, efficient, and professional experience from inquiry, to loan, ongoing servicing and just this week complimentary notary. Maria, tellers and other employees are always polite. I appreciate that every touchpoint I've had is personable either in person at this branch location or via phone with the West Palm Beach head office.

First time customer here, and the service was great. I dealt with Michael Hill and Nikita Mcfarlane, and they were phenomenal. Friendly, fast, and informative. And it didn't hurt getting the best APR around. I tried several credit unions for a boat loan, and Guardians' rate was lower than all of them. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This is the worst bank to bank with. I’ve been with this bank for about 2 3 years and they are literally no help at all. If your card gets blocked for whatever reason the banker can’t even resolve the issue for you. They tell you you have to wait 24 hours for your card to unblock its self. So I actually have to trust their system will handle it and I’m not so sure about that and the banker i spoke with on the phone she wasn’t reassuring either she basically told me she had nothing to do with that and that they can’t do anything else. I’m pretty sure there’s a way to override situations like this especially if it was an emergency. Please do not bank with them they are not professional and they’re whole system is trash.

I've been a member since the early 1990's. This credit union has gone down. The service is horrible, once the manager is not present, no one can help you. Employees standing up doing nothing. Services are limited. They need to close down.

Needed a replacement ATM card since ATM wasn't reading it. Had to call Palm Beach twice, first time was on hold for over an hour, customer service dropped the call, called back, was on hold over an hour again.Calling customer service is useless, average hold time is around an hour, unacceptable!

Look if your trying to build credit cause you come from nothing. Come to guardians credit union. I mean it . Thats the only reason I use these people for . They're service via phone and app is trash. There much better in real life but they'll more than likely refer you to phones and holines to deal with critical problems.

It will be bad to keep this alone to myself I came across the best forex expert ever Mrs Lauren Jordan, who really help me to invest, Mrs Lauren is very honest and diligent in her work. All I did was to invest $500 and within 7 days she made $7000 profit for me.

Bottom of the barrel to be sure simply for the reason that you cannot even get a real person on their phone line. If and when they reset the computer you may get locked out at their end and thus cannot see your acct funds etc. I cannot imagine a worse/ bank or credit union.

This is one of the worst banks that when they changed over to Guardians Credit Union. The wait time is terrible in order to get in contact with someone you have to call for days and it’s still not a possibility that you will speak with an actual person. they have been calling me for 10days now saying that i’m late on my car-note when the statements show I made payments in advance and if this issue is still not resolved I will get my attorney involved!

Horrible service.. it was a great bank but when guardians took over service became slow and trashyLogging in is always a pain , display on screen is very tacky and looks like it was design by a 7 year oldSlow system crashes all the time , and transactions are always a mystery ..thinking in closing my account
