I have been a member over 20 years. Always deposite my payroll check and it’s get deposit in full the same day. This week I went to deposit my check and the manager saids it can’t be done. I work for a solid company, never have i ever had a insufficient check. I don’t visit this location a lot. Now I know why!!! Instead of searching the history in my account like other branches do, he said no. Customer service very poor.

If you want 90s technology for your banking needs, then this is the place for you!! I drove there to deposit a check and didn't have my account number with me and their atm doesn't permit a deposit. You have to fill out an envelope with your account number and put it in the drawer thing. Who has their account number memorized or on their person these days? I called the company but they said they couldn't give me the account number over the phone so I couldn't deposit the check, have to go back to tomorrow. So silly.

No tengo una semana con este banco y ha sido mi peor experiencia maí±ana lo primero en hacer es cerrar todas las cuentas q abri es increible como por haber olvidado mi clave de internet banking cuando trata de recuperarla me pidio in member number q no me dieron al momento de abrir la cuenta y cuando llame para resolver el problema su respuesta fue que tengo que ir a un branch !! Que idea tan estupida tan absurda que para obtener el desbloqueo de mi internet banking me hayan bloqueado todas mis cuentas y tenga q ir a un branch yo con emergencia de usar mi dinero ! Pero supongo q todo pasa por algo y pasa por bien!! Para no llegar a permanecer en este INEFICIENTE BANCO POR UN DIA MAS !

I have been to this branch several times and I have been an SCCU member for many years. During one visit I was signing the papers for my car loan. Although the teller was polite, she was not well informed. I had to remind her to return my driver's license (which she left in the copy machine). There were also additional charges in the paperwork which I never authorized, and I had to ask her to remove these. In addition to many other inconsistencies, the whole experience took much longer than it should have. During another visit, I paid off my car loan in cash. I inquired about how to obtain the title and I was told it would be two weeks. I said I needed it sooner and she said she would post a note to my account and it would be released in 72 hours. Now, 13 days later, there is still a lien. I called in and they told me a note was never posted on my account. So now they will post a note and it should be available in 72 hours. I do not appreciate inept workers lying to the customer about the steps they are taking. I cannot sell my car until I get the title. I am now over two weeks in waiting. I would not recommend this branch to others.
