Website says open 24 hours, yet when I tried to enter the store the doors were locked. Lights were on and gas pumps were open. The associate was just standing behind the counter as numerous people tried to enter.

I recently visited the Speedway in North Miami, and I had a fantastic experience, primarily due to Jean, the clerk on duty. From the moment I walked in, Jean greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello, making me feel welcome right away.
I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was, which is a testament to the hard work of the staff. Jean’s excellent customer service really stood out during my visit. He was incredibly helpful when I had questions about some of the products, and his knowledge and enthusiasm were evident.
When it came time to check out, Jean was efficient and courteous. He even went the extra mile by offering to help me carry my items to the car, which was greatly appreciated. It's rare to encounter such genuine kindness and exceptional service, and Jean truly made my visit memorable.
Overall, my experience at the Speedway gas station in North Miami was outstanding, thanks to Jean. His dedication to providing top-notch service makes this location a standout, and I will definitely be returning for my future needs. Highly recommended!

customer service is terrible!EDIT: it's always the same lady at the register that's very rude. Marie Angie is her name ...She's also bad at math so either give her exact change or pay with a card! There is currently 5 people in front of me and 5 people behind me, line hasn't moved for 10 minutes..?

The worst customer service at night, door closed after 9pm, it’s ok, safety, the employee most nights is rude and makes customers wait for no reason, the worst.

The worst service I've ever encountered. The other night the door was locked and with all my banging no one answered. Eventually the clerk came out of the bathroom area to let me in, only for a man to come out of the same place and get in line behind me. She was literally in the bathroom with this man so she locked the door of the whole store to have privacy with him

Saturday at 8pm, I arrive and the lights are on inside, but doors are locked. There's a call button which you press for service, and this woman who can't be bothered finally comes up to the glass window, as if it's a prison visitation. I asked for bottled water, which she couldn't hear even when yelling. I've never reviewed a gas station before, but this was ridiculous just unsuccessfully trying to get a bottled water. The lady acts like you're an inconvenience to her day and she wants to earn her wage by locking the doors and being unpleasant. I didn't know that is an option at work.

This store is getting on my nerves. It's literally 2 min from my house and they have the worst people at the register. They really think we can't question why this franchise is in this neighborhood. The service is beyond disgusting and even if you dare complain, the good for nothing workers mock you every time you walk in there. I submitted a very long complaint against a very young night shift worker like 3 months ago, now when I walk in there she's literally on the phone laughing the whole time while she's supposed to be at work. This store is problematic

Doors locked, cashier was talking and ignoring me waiting, loud commercials at pump, nasty ground with cockroaches everywhere.
