The laundry is large, the girl who was there was very friendly, prices were comfortable, the place was clean, I couldn't ask for more. For me excellent. I return to this place.

Machine not filling with water. I had to go thru entire wash cycle to wait to reload to another machince.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional.
Not clean. Dead roaches on floor.
Spoke to attendant with concerns of machine she stated gotta wait to finish in Spanglish.
Doors of dryers filthy and with dust/lint .
None of the laundry baskets to unload does not roll properly. You have slide them in circles
After wash cycle of washer #1, I removed clothing to place washer #3. Attendant abruptly begin to put coins in washer what saying excuse me or anything as 2 other females observed and acknowledged her demeanor.
Attendant replied she had a customer at counter that don't speak English.
Last time going there.Customers are paying her salary.

Used to wash at this laundry mat, it was okay then they are not cleaning the machines. All machines got build up algae which is very bad for your overall health

This particular employee is very rude and unwelcoming. She raises her voice and causes and intimidating atmosphere.
THIS employee made us feel bad for scolding us out loud in front of bull clients. Intimidation

Usually have a good experience but today I didnt the older lady who was working was very rude I just wanted to purchase some detergent from behind the Counter and she throw it at me and snatched the money from my hand so I told her I didn't want to buy it got my money back and I went to discount store thats next door.. im not going to let one person mess my experience its still a nice clean Affordable laundry mate..

Worst laundry ever the old ladies they have here been cursing since I got here with my child not only that the dryers I put 5 dollars on each to dry and still had to take my clothes wet and when I let the lady who works here know she told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else and never come back there the floor was disgustingly dirty and so were the dryers!!! DO NOT COME HERE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER COME HERE WORST OF THE WORST!!!!

The worst treatment received in the city of Miami I received today in that place only because the employee got upset because I had changed some money into cash to wash and the one who was left, she explained, was taking it to me because the money is mine and she was very contemptuous of me. She said that I couldn't take the money because I had to change it again, so I had a few words with her and to make matters worse, when I return the coins to the back, she doesn't give me full bills, but rather pesos one at a time. In the end, I don't lose because laundromats There are plenty but they lose a loyal customer who had the best opinions of that laundry despite hearing several times employees speak differently from this manager with whom I had the problem today. For me, she has no education at all and I left it Of course, because I know they are going to read it, lady, don't threaten the police anymore because I have the same rights as you in this country. If I left and I didn't call the police myself, I did it because I have a little girl, but you didn't threaten me. But because I have a legal status in this country and if he did it with me, God knows how many other people he hasn't done it with.

Worst laundry ever!!! I'm a disabled person which I require my service dog to help me with some task, some very important task at that, just as I finished putting the clothes to wash the same lady from the previews pics came up to me and said no dogs allowed I showed her his badge and explained he wasn't just a dog he was my service dog and I truly need him to be at places and to help with certain task she said "I don't care if I let you in with the dog I have to let everyone in" and I kept explaining as I'm showing his badge she said "I don't care get my clothes out and leave with my dog" beyond rude and no respect for the disabled. Definitely will not be returning and this place should be closed down or rehire new people. Very disappointing.

I don’t know this lady name, but when I went to her regarding my clothes that had ink all through them once I took it out of the dryer, she accuse me of placing the ink on my own clothes, and refuse to give me the owners number if anyone can get me the owners number that would be great. I always wash at this wash house and this is my first time running into an issue like this she was so rude and blamed the whole issue on me I have videos of all my clothes that has ink in them in the one outfit that doesn’t because I never put it in the dryer. This lady also called the police as if I was causing trouble in the facility. All the police it was they couldn’t force her to give me the owners number they were not going to arrest me. She called them out for nothing. And they encourage me to leave this review and to file for civil court.

I just picked up my clothes & this is the secound time theyv lost my clothes _ over 40 pounds of closeWhy would you wash my clothes along with other pepoles clothes & more to add to thi unsatisfiing event of things half were wet folded in my bag .
