Worst experience ever. There was not fitting room at all at the location. I bought the costume, my kid tried it in the car and I had to go back 5 minutes ago to return and they said no. I will never go back to this place. They do not know how to treat costumers. I would rather go to Party City!

This place has no where to try on costumes, and there’s no return or exchanges. There is no sign in the store that explains that to you or at the register, its only on the receipt after you buy your costume that didn’t fit. Beware!

Spirit Halloween on kendall and 124 ave the management and staff couldn't be more helpful and the manager at Westland mall had my costume after 4 stores but the young man from North Carolina was the best super service
