I had such an amazing experience with Guillermo, he was so polite and honestly had our BEST interest. He was so detailed and let us know about all the promotion, we left the store sooooo happy and in shocked because there arent many people that like to help these days. We came in and traded our current phones for a new iphone15. He let us know all the features and benefits of getting then phone and had patience in going over each one of our lines. I also would like to mention that it was closing time and he was not rushing us! I am so happy he was the one to attend us. Thank you so much Guillermo we will definitely be come back :)!!! If you need anything i would recommend asking Guillermo.

I was helped by Johnathen. Told him that my mom's phone was a 3g phone and it stopped working. So I brought a 4g phone with me that needed a smaller sim card. He knew what to do and resolved the problem immediately. Thank you Johnathen.

Customer service answer = I dont know! I am not an engineer! I cannot do anything!. I called 611 and the CS representative there fixed everything. Please call 611 and dont waste your time there

My phone stopped working in such a way that it required a technician (none available at my local store) to transfer my information to the replacement phone.Victor at this location provided excellent and professional service and worked with the technician, Gabriel, to get everything transferred.What could have been stressful became a very positive experience.In future this will be my store for T-Mobile even though it is far from my home.

Amazing staff friendly,communicative, They are so eager when you walk at the store to help you. I got a Google Pixel 6 from them. Finally with T-Mobile. Better service! Once I received my new phone through the mail I went to the store and they hooked it up. You won't be sorry going to this T-Mobile location!

Received a new phone and Went to this store to turn in my old phone at the request of tMobile and was given a really hard time at the store Took a really long time after speaking with customer service. Not very friendly felt like a pouting child having to do something they didn’t want to do. They tried to find anything wrong with the phone which did not have anything wrong.

The WORST service I’ve EVER received in my life. Holy smokes. There is only ONE competent worker in there, named Aray. Everyone else in there has probably recently been hired and is CLUELESS as to what they’re doing. Do better. Please. The MOST frustrating experience ever.

I had questions regarding my Jump on demand plan and, Stephano, who was the employee helping me, was very nice and made me understand everything I needed to know! Great service once again, T-Mobile needs to give everyone with huge c**ks a raise-- like Stephano!
