Don’t waste your time or money. Terrible service. They’ll make you wait forever if you walk in and take people who came after you. They say the people had appointments but when you call for an appointment they say they don’t take appointments just walk in’s. Extremely Unprofessional and very rude.

Worst service! The guy who sits at the desk is arrogant, not friendly at all and does not appreciate our business. He addresses you as if this is the only nail shop around. I can and will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend!! Take your money elsewhere !!!

I would never in my life come back to STARZ Nails. I did my nail one time with them. They look horrible. They don’t even look good. I should’ve stayed and went with the lady. I always go to. I would never come back here again, and I just left them. They charge me $25. I had one broken nail. I came last week to get my nails done and my nail was even broken and they charge me $25. I would never in my life go back to the Ass again star Nails counter days.

These people are thieves. I went there today and got a deluxe pedicure with man & an overlay with Emma. I was told the price for both, paid & left.
I got home & glanced at the receipt as I was putting it away and noticed that I was charged $5 extra for a design on my feet that I never received. I have a solid color only. When I called and asked why this extra charge was here for a design- I was told that Man didn’t know how much the pedicure was so they fixed it. Man has been doing pedicures there for a very long time and he knows the prices.
There was also an extra charge for my overlay on my nails. The extra charge isn’t specified, it just reads “ w/ extra”. No one could explain to me what the extra charge was for. They said that sometimes extra things have to be done. I asked again what the extra charge was for, what did she do extra. They could not answer. I told them that they are stealing and they hung up the phone.
I’m sure they will hide this post because they don’t want people to see the bad reviews.

When to this place and Lily did not want to do my nails but she did the man at counter feet. So Vicky did my pedicure and I told her skin was still there and could she do it. She refused and when it was time for her to do my nails I was in her chair and another person walked in she told me that was her appt and I had to wait it I had been there for an hour when she did my feet. The service at Star nails has declined. I have been coming here for more than 8 years but will not return. Then they talk about the customers in they language. I had my app on that translated and they were talking about me and another lady who was there. Please take you business some where else as they do not value their customers.

I went there on 12/13 for a gel mani and a regular pedi. They charged me $60, which was not bad. However, on 12/15 my nails started peeling. I called them and they were nice enough to have it redone. Unfortunately, 2 days later the same thing happened. I have never had my gel nails peeled off. This was my first and last time going there.
These were redone on 12/18

Went here to get my nails done for vacation and I requested gel polish on my toes. 2 days LATER (while on vacation) the polish came off on some of my toes. When coming back from vacation I asked the manager to help , & he requested that I pay $20 just to fix it. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
