Took my mobile order but the store wasn't even open. Had to call the 800 number to cancel the order and get a refund. The employees didn't even know how to refund or move the order to another store. End of business here.

Convenient location but the drinks are some of the worst and most bland. It’s like they don’t follow the same recipes or use the same amount of coffee as all other Starbucks. Just run to cvs and get something else and don’t waste your money at this particular Starbucks.

My favorite part about this Starbucks is they gave the sugar & creamer station to do it yourself set up like before the dark times. I wish all Starbucks would go back to this systems. I like adding my own sugars etc.

I've made a mobile order from here a few times and they constantly make my drink wrong. I usually order the Iced Shaken Espresso and it seems the baristas that work here don't know how to make it. The drink is supposed to have milk but whenever I come to pick my order up it never does. I've even tried changing the milk type in the mobile order just to see if that prompts them to add it but they still don't. I end up always having to add the milk myself or ask them to add it when I'm picking it up but its just annoying to have to do it every time.

I’m mostly ordering here for pick up or delivery and feels like they pastry are not fresh, or they warm it in the microwave instead of oven..Feels like they always short of staff here, always someone is new learning how to make drinks.

Every morning during our stay, the team satisfied our coffee needs with some of the nicest barista prepared one shot lattes. Price is on par with hotel Starbucks prices and the store has more or less the full selection of Starbucks goods.Special attention must go to Noah, who really did go the extra mile with his service and making a fuss of my son who helped me on the breakfast run.Highly recommend a beautiful coffee here at the Starbucks located in the intercontinental hotel.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman was forcing one of the other employees to put his arms around her while he was visibly uncomfortable I believe her name was something with a Ch I can't exactly remember (Charlene maybe?) My coffee came out like complete a** told me it was a "caramel macchiato frozen" I said "frapuccino right?" And she looked at my like was the biggest a****** walking the earth. Then she just pretty much threw the coffee at me with the most horrendous attitude bc how dare I ask her if my second coffee ( a black one nothing on it) was on the way (since at this point I had already waited 10 mins for a drink when there was no one else in front of me) then she said IT HAS BLACK COFFEE I said I know the Frappuccino has coffee I'm asking for the regular coffee. Honestly the worst. I'm a local I only go there bc I enjoy the lobby at the intercontinental but I doubt I'll be getting my sturbuxks from that s*** show of a place (also my frapuccino tasted like complete a*** service complete trash.

I arrived 2hrs later and my order still wasn’t ready. Apparently the store ran out of stock of the product that was reportedly available on the app and no one contacted me in advance to let me know it wasn’t available. I asked for a refund of the product and was informed that refunds cannot be made if your order was placed in the app. Leyla Lopez was called in and district manager Andy was contacted but absolutely nothing could be done. Not even offering of a gift card. Other locations are able to place any amount on gift cards especially if service wasn’t properly provided. Was then informed the employees here weren’t trained on how to deal with online orders and that they were still learning. It really shows. This was a disappointment especially since the store didn’t even bother to contact ahead and let me know as a customer that the ordered product wasn’t available. Also don’t expect the manager at this location, Leyla Lopez, to be helpful at all. It took convincing from her employees up front (Dany and another young man) to try to find a solution to the problem. Won’t be ordering here ever again

I ordered a pink drink and they did not measure and so the drink was not made correctly. The drink didNot have enoughtcoconutmilkinitanf it tastes terrible so I threw the drink in the garbage. The lady that made the drink was insulted but she was not the person who paid almost $6.00. I expect my drink to be made right. It wasn’t and so I threw the drink out .they were appalled that I threw the drink out. I was appalled that they could not take the time to make the drink correctly! Please measure all drinks. I want my drink made perfectly. Do not have an attitude when your the one making things wrong!! I highly recommend more training. Measure accurately people please!!!
