About as good as you could expect at an airport. Huge line! Do yourself a favor and order on the app for online pickup they are super fast to get it out and no issues that we saw. That crew was cranking this am great work!.

I recently learned you can order blonde roast at Starbucks. They didn't have it. Left with a premade smoothie. Lots of staff casual airport ambiance. Otherwise seemed like a regular Starbucks

Wrong food, 30 minutes for drinks, but the drinks were disgusting. I understand that it's busy but if you're going to take your time the drinks should at least taste good.

Impossibly Slow. Always seem to put out wrong orders. Never take accountability for their mistakes and blame customers.

Nancy Torre the shift supervisor should be fired. As should all staff here besides the guy on oven. Unreal. No multitasking, no care, rude, slow. Some people were skipped and waited 20 minutes because half their order wasn't ready. Others who came through the line were served within minutes with nearly the same order.

Terrible. Gross. Huge disappointment. ................ Especially when you drink starbies daily and have an early morning flight. Ugh.

Ya know, I've been to hundreds of Starbucks in my years. Given that, you would think that of all their locations, the airport coffee shops would prioritize speed and efficiency (heavy emphasis on the latter) so they could get passengers all espresso'd up expeditiously and on their way.Not this place. This place may possibly be the slowest Starbucks on the face of the earth. The biggest problem with this location is the lack of urgency. The second biggest problem would be the lack of staff. I'm sorry. But whilst I can understand how vexing it can be to attempt to run a coffee stand with only two baristas, it is equally vexing to watch either employee move at a snail's pace so slow it says, "I don't care about my job or these customers".So, it's important to note going in that you will be certain to wait ages for your drinks, should you decide to order here. Fortunately, we arrived over 2 hours before our boarding time. So, it didn't really affect us THAT much. Still, it's important for others to know that even if you have like, 30 minutes till your boarding time, you STILL may be cutting things close by going to this location. Then there's the propensity for the baristas to assume that basically everyone wants the largest possible coffee ever, lest you tell them otherwise. Since we didn't really feel like holding up the already long line, we kinda just said "whatevs" to the Venti submission. The coffee itself is what you'd expect from Starbucks, sure. But it doesn't need to take 30 minutes to receive a cup o' java - even with two whole baristas. Also, these ladies speak very little, apparently. I'm not sure if there actually is a language barrier as one reviewer suggested. I just know I got a dubious vibe off of both of them. Ya know....like they just wanted to go home instead.Ordinarily, I'd say avoid this place like the plague and look for another coffee shop nearby. Only problem is this airport (or at least...this portion of it) doesn't have as many choices as I originally thought. This Starbucks is worth 2 unenthusiastic baristas who just wanna go home out of 5.

On my most recent trip to Miami, on my way back home I was flying out of Miami International Airport. I normally fly Delta, and if you have had the displeasure of flying Delta out of Miami, you will experience horrible delays and be stuck in two terminals (H and J) that have very little in the way of food, especially in the morning hours. Oh, and MIA has no connections in between terminals... so your stuck. So, Starbucks really is one of the few spots open in the early morning hours for food along with Subway and Nathan's Hot Dogs. My flight was scheduled to depart at 7:05 in the morning. It was 6 something am, and I made the line for my family and ordered some coffees for all of us. The wait in line was 20 minutes. This would normally be considered a long wait. You need to, though, consider the amount of people who get in line at this Starbucks. I can tell you the workers hustle their butts off! This after all, is one of the few options passengers have. This was the first white chocolate mocha of the way. I also loved the fact they sold Florida International University (FIU) mugs! It's a beautifully crafted mug with all the sights within FIU. As an FIU grad, it brought a smile to my face. I bought this mug!Unfortunately, the plane had issues. There was delay after delay, until the flight was canceled, and we were rebooked at a later flight that would take off at 10:30. This was when I decided to go get some food and finally realized how truly badly designed Miami International Airport really is! No connections between terminals!!!!So, I made the line again at Starbucks with the vouchers given to me from Delta. I made sure to spend every last penny and the Starbucks workers helped make it happen. I got sandwiches, coffees, the works. I had then my second white chocolate mocha of the day. The breakfast sandwich was warm and well made. It certainly took away the hunger we had been developing, but this was not what I wanted. I had made sure to have a nice layover time to get to eat in Atlanta Airport... but i had to have a breakfast sandwich instead of having maybe PF Changs. Still, I am thankful this Starbucks exists, the service is great and the product they put out is good.

This Starbucks and the Subway next to it are really bad. The workers barely speak English and they seem to have trouble understanding the standard of the orders. This time I ordered online to have my order ready before boarding and there were several issues with the order. The croissant was not warmed even though I requested it online and the sticker attached to the item said that it was. A barista explained to me - after I kindly told him it was cold - that the oven was broken but that I could walk 20 min to another Starbucks inside the airport to do it. The water is supposed to be Ethos but I got a generic brand. The caffe latte tasted different to what I am used to. Was it almond milk?! At least the order was ready by the time I passed to pick it up.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not surprising that miami has the worst customer service and most entitled workers I’ve seen in the world. Residents here are so rude, sarcastic, never smile or say hello, and have no training or skills for the customer service industry. I smiled at them and said hello and was met with rude stares, straight faces and being ignored. One employee threw a customers sandwich on the counter. A customer next to me asked when her coffee would be made and the older employee lady literally waited 10-15 seconds to reply to her, then she said “it’s coming” With an attitude! Customers waiting behind me walked away after waiting too long for their drinks that they PAID FOR! The employees did everything EXCEPT make coffee. There was a line after me and no one was taking orders. One employee was doing dishes, one was changing the trash bag, one was in the back somewhere. Doing everything except tending to customers or making drinks…with a SMILE. One employee was starring at me while I was eating for my drink, as she stood there with a trash bag in her hand, I smiled at her and she rolled her eyes at me! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. I smiled and said hello to them and I was so patience and kind, hoping they would mimic my behavior. But no. These people are entitled, blunt and rude. But it’s no surprise since I use to live in miami for a few years and I’m this is how all customer service people are at most stores here. All the airport workers are rude and sarcastic, not just at this Starbucks. The owner desperately needs to do better at interviewing and hiring HAPPY people who smile, say hello and reflect the STARBUCKS company. Corporate needs to know what happening at this location. I’ve NEVER met a rude Starbucks employee expect when I come to miami. I rarely ever leave reviews but this is a sad place. I won’t be so nice next time. I’ll treat them the same way that they treat customers.

Almost missed my flight, and had to check my carry-on bag since I was late and overhead bin space ran out. Don’t trust what looks like a short line. 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes.

Great service. The staff is funny and friendly. They make my drinks very well -- I like sweet and they get it! I preorder and its always ready minutes before the posted time and as a Flight Attendant, that's super helpful.

Miami international Airport South Terminal store was awful. We placed an online order and were informed would be ready by 6:05 am way before our flight scheduled to leave at 6:50am Unfortunately the order took over 30 minutes past the time promised and we had to board without our food and no refund! Beware!! Orders are not ready as promised on the mobile app.

I rate 1 star i would give a 0 but there ain’t no zero reasons are because once I arrived to the airport this lady would take long to take someone’s order she would take one person’s order and then throw the receipt away and go to lobby to talk and take another long 5mins to take another persons order and the other reason is that that served the drinks but it wasn’t good at all they was so lazy they just put mostly milk chocolate in it they also kept talking and talking and didn’t hurry with the drinks it took almost 40mins for them to finish.
