One of our printers went down and we needed to have it replaced immediately to eliminate down time. Connected with Star Service and within 18 hours we had a new machine delivered and was back in production eliminating down time. Not to mention it was right before the holiday and they went out of their way to help us out. Star service definitely lived up to their name.

Wow! I still can't get over the great deal I got on a slightly used commercial Ricoh printer. This will cut our production costs by 80% for our Invitation printing business.
