I was staying overnight for my Bday trip to Costa Rica.
Everything from calling late and barely catching the shuttle to getting checked in-breakfast and getting off to the airport. I will be back when visiting. Top Tier hospitality!

Checked in on 9/29/2025 and had to go buy cleaning products to fully clean the room, my stay was 5 days. The refrigerator, the bathroom, and the shower had hair all over it, and the furniture in the room was dusty, and hair was all over the floors and also the towels and rags AFTER they had been washed.

Right off the train to airport/downtown. Very happy with free breakfast. Mon-Wed free dinner/wine/beer. Free laundry. Acceptable gym. Free airport shuttle. Full kitchen with full-size fridge and burners. Office desk/chair. Couch. Great hot water. Free bottles of water. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body wash, body lotion. AC can be turned very cold. Guy running the dinner seemed like the manager and was very friendly. $106 after taxes/fees. I was shocked at how good of a value this place was.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to the airport. The room was cozy, comfortable, and spacious enough to feel at ease after a long trip. At the front desk, Marco was extremely kind and polite, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of a goodie bag upon arrival — such a nice gesture that made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfort, and perfect location.

The rooms look like small apartment and they were beautiful. The food, Continental breakfast was excellent more than you can expect they had a gym a business office laundroom, the people were very very polite and kind. Couldn't have asked for better place for you, everywhere I need to go everything I want to do every place I wanted to see was right there I love that suites and I would definitely definitely stay there again with friends. I just love the place. I wish I had taken photos of the room and the place next time I will.

I have stayed in many hotels but this experience at Staybridge Suites Miami Airport truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and not just as a guest but as a person. Everyone on staff did their absolute best to make sure I was taken care of.
Special thanks to Juana Hernandez at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. She went out of her way to print some documents I needed and even held my packages for me. I was having a rough day and realized I did not have a phone charger. They do not sell them on site but Maikel stepped in and offered to charge my phone for me. That kind of attention to detail really meant a lot.
Later that evening, I experienced something unique. It was their Social event which happens Monday through Wednesday from 530 to 700 pm. They offer complimentary wine and appetizers, but what really made it special was the atmosphere created by Franklyn and Yanelis. They were not just serving food, they were engaging with everyone and creating a warm, welcoming environment. It felt like a family gathering, something I have never experienced at any hotel before.
This stay turned a bad day into a memorable one. I would absolutely return just to see these amazing staff members again. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality and a human touch.
