We had a wonderful stay as a family, including our baby. The room was very comfortable and had a cozy, home-like feel. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we didn’t end up using the utensils.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic – plenty of fresh fruits and a wide variety of options that made for a great start to the day. Everything about the place was convenient and family-friendly, which we truly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay with our family, including our baby. The room was very comfortable and felt like home. The kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn’t end up using the utensils.
The breakfast buffet was amazing – fresh fruits and a great variety of options to start the day right. Everything was very convenient and family-friendly, which we really appreciated.
The only small suggestion would be to look into the water quality, as it appeared slightly greenish. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we would happily stay here again.

Service only got 2 due Housekeeping not showing up til after 4. Never had any wash cloths available. Something needs to be changed especially when there is 2 hotels that share housekeeping and laundry duties.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Booked a month ago, called this morning to confirm the room. Drove 4 hours, got to the room early confirmed again. Prepaid for the room. Go to get my room key and the guy working the front tries to send me to another hotel in a smaller room for $400! Said there was a problem with the room I booked. Welllll why didn’t you tell me that the last two times I spoke to someone? Horrible customer service,. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Will be calling the BBB on them as well.

TERRIBLE. let me just list a few things.
Old building. Door knobs are hard to open and restroom won’t even close door handle is falling apart. Toilet flush spins 360 and it hurts to sit on the toilet. Bed is rock hard and the blanket is not breathable so you’ll have to freeze the room. Stain on the sofa so didn’t feel like using it. Came downstairs to get some breakfast. No plates and most things were out at 8am 2 hours before end time. Would not recommend or stay again. Glad I wasted $238 for one night.

UPON ARRIVAL I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE ME AND THAT MY ROOM HAD BEEN MOVED TO THE HOLIDAY INN WHICH IS THE NEXT BUILDING OVER,I PAID FOR A KING SUITE WITH A BALCONY THAT I NEVER GOT. THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE AND AFTER THE HOLD ON MY CARD FOR INCIDENTALS THE DAY AFTER ARRIVAL MY CARD WAS CHARGE 200 PLUS DOLLARS AND AGAIN ON ANOTHER DAY FOR 300 PLUS DOLLARS WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY EVER THIS IS ROBBERY. THE HOTEL IS DATED AND NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES WASTE OF MONEY NEVER AGAIN!!!

Eh. It'll do.
Pros: kassie at front desk. Updated lobby area. Lobby looks amazing compared to the rooms.
Cons: rooms look nothing like the lobby. Rooms could definitely use touch ups. Ex: look at the toilet paper roll things. Those are from 1970 lol. Breakfast is for dogs (see pic) but the muffins were good. Kid working doesn't put out more food when its gone. Parking is $7 a night with 0 security. Self closing cabinets but LOUD AF doors to everyones rooms that slam all day and night. Bathroom ventilation doesnt work. The light switch to the bathroom is outside of the bathroom... Wifi is....... eh........
Usually, 1 person working and it's impossible for them to keep up with all of us.

More like a 2 star hotel not 3, needs a lot of improvement to get a 3 star but it’s not that hard they just need to clean well and keep it.
Dislike: cleanliness, dirty hallways carpet, dirty room, a lot of dust everywhere you can clearly see never has been cleaned, bathroom floor with attacher pins so it was not even swept, and so is the the room carpet, and the icing on the cake: cockroaches
Like: Enough parking, nice staff, well equipped, quiet, location

I'll never stay again. I checked in and checked out less than an hour later. The bathroom and closet were not up to par. There were holes in the wall behind the toilet. Hair in the shower. Shelves in the closet dirty. Sink not clean. There were people lurking in the hall which is weird because you need a key to access the elevator. The supervisor Fotis was very rude. I'm still awaiting a refund because I left to stay elsewhere. The Holiday Inn Express in Miramar was my saving grace. Maria at the Holiday inn front desk was awesome. The Staybridge needs an upgrade on room an training for some of the staff.

A very neat and clean room in a silent location. Loved it during my stay on a business trip. Infact Felix at front desk was so good, so sweet and helpful.
Definitely recommend the property and will book again.
