Absolutely phenomenal experience with Juan and Christopher at Steambull in Brickell. We made an online appointment for our car which had been in storage for many months and was covered w dust and indoor condensation. Greeted with smiles and kindness, Juan and Christopher immediately put us at ease even with this challenge we presented! They were both so friendly and willing to take the time to speak with us at length about the job. They gave us a time for pickup which was followed to the minute. The car looked like it was BETTER THAN NEW when we arrived! This has been and will continue to be the only place we bring our cars for detailing and hand wash in all of Miami. Juan and his extremely professional crew are a 5 star rarity and I hope this review brings many more clients to their experienced hands.

Christopher and Juan are the absolute best, they made my first experience so wonderful with an amazing amount of attention to detail. This is the only place I will get my car washed going forward, inside and out. Really great job!!

I had a disappointing experience with Steam Bull. After speaking with Juan, I was excited to try their service and reserved a time slot, though he also mentioned they accepted walk-ins since they had to wash other cars that came in. I made the reservation mainly as a courtesy to let him know I was coming, but he gave me the impression that the time wasn’t strict.
On the day of my appointment, I got caught up and wasn’t able to go, but I didn’t think it would be a big issue since they also did walk-ins. A few weeks later, when I tried to schedule another wash, Juan ignored my calls. When he finally responded to my texts, he very unprofessionally told me to take my business elsewhere.
His response was completely uncalled for, and the lack of professionalism was disappointing. If reservations are strict, that should be made clear, but either way, treating customers with basic respect should be standard. Would not recommend.

This steam detailing company in Miami offers all detailing services, ceramic coating and full interior detailing using state of the art Lamborghini Steam Technology. TLDR; Avoid location, seek business elsewhere. Not as advertised. The only reason is not a 1 star because they did a wash even if it was mediocre.I wish to remind anonymous.They advertise as a detailing service, but they did not do any detailing. All they did was give my vehicle a basic wash. Not even any wax to my vehicle or clean the interior properly.I was charged $285 for a basic wash. I asked for the most expensive package they have to offer but was just given a mediocre wash.After speaking to Juan (the owner) about the poor service, I was offered a partial refund and another wash. However, even after the second wash, it still did not satisfy me because they STILL did not do the detailing as advertised.My vehicle interior was still dirty, and the outside was still somewhat dirty even after the second wash.I can not, in good faith, recommend anyone to go to this location for any sort of professional detailing.I would recommend that you go elsewhere and perhaps visit an actual location instead of a mobile van.
