Steve Madden at Dadeland Mall is one of Miami’s premier shopping centers, featuring an extensive selection of statement sandals, trendy boots, comfortable sneakers, dress shoes, heels, handbags, and men's dress shoe options. The customer service is nice, with some sales associates described as amazing, willing to go above and beyond, helpful, informative, very attentive, and accommodating. Excellent service and good discounts are noted. However, experiences with staff can vary. Some staff are not really helpful, leaving customers pretty much on their own, while others did not seem to care about helping anyone. The store has many shoes to choose from and great offers, but it is noted that this is not an outlet for cheap shoes. A repeated concern is that they keep making less and less leather shoes, though they have nice styles.
