Worst service, I went at 615 and I was told that a lock would be there at the unit. Guess what the lock was not there I cannot use any other lock and the building manager did not contact me. all my personal property was left if the back yard of a friend's house in the rain since i had no where to go. I will be looking for Compensation soon due to there lack of communication and efforts in lack of means to mediate the situation.

We had used this storage facility previously in 2016 and we had no issues at all. We had to move this Feb and had decided to use this company again by renting two units and it started out well until the following month the price of our larger storage unit went up significantly from one month to the other. Then we get an email that our smaller storage unit was going to be changed from 149 to 210 also going up in price significantly. It feels very manipulative to change fees substantially knowing people will not always be able to remove all their stuff twice to another location or hire movers to do it. To add to it, the elevators always have an issue. One time they stopped working all together and another time the one elevator that was working had the level 1 button removed so there was no way to go downstairs other than through the stairs with all the things you are taking with you. You try to reach someone by the intercom button, nothing. You try to call the actual location, nothing. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the convenience of the entry and exit times. Apart from this, this will be the last time we use this storage.

This storage is a disaster, the door code provided does not work, the office is closed and the manager is out of the office until April 23, no one answered the phone, I left a message and received an email saying I would be contacted on 48 hours, but nothing happened. My credit card was charged on 4.17 and I still cannot access my unit.

This storage has terrible customer service, they charge you the monthly payment even with the account closed and you call and they tell you that they are going to refund your money and after waiting two weeks for my money I call and they give me terrible treatment, I come personally to the storage of 137 and 160 SW during business hours (Tuesday 3:18 pm) and the office is closed. If they don't return my money immediately I will have to seek legal help because it seems disrespectful to me.
