This storage company has a very unpleasant person to deal with and frankly to look at, in charge of their sunnybrook location.
She's useless, meaning she lacks all sort of information to assist a customer, a regular task.
And, she is beyond mean in her demeanor.

Been using this facility for about a year. They contacted me because I was late in my payment and said to contact them back. I then replied via e-Mail to say that I would be able to pay my full balance on the 6th (today) after getting absolutely no response, on the 6th I received a new invoice with an extra $133 added on to it for another late fee and an auction fee. These people have no consideration, tell you to contact them and then don’t reply to emails. Then I called to explain the situation and the guy who answered (9/6/24 at 4:16pm) just interrupted me to tell me my balance, not listening or taking anything that I was saying into account. Just rudely telling me what my balance was as if that wasn’t the thing I was complaining about to begin with.
Update 9/8 after paying the month I owed and the extra $133 on 9/6 (during their business hours). They cut my lock off, replaced it with theirs and I drove 50 miles here today to access my unit and I couldn’t. So in the 2 days that I was OVERpaid in full. I had no access..and they have nobody in office on Sundays. So my code to get in to the building worked, just to get to my unit and find my lock changed.
Use any other facility but this one. They don’t reply to emails, I’m a singer who had surgery on my throat and couldn’t speak. So the result was being charged an extra $140 and still being locked out because I sent an email…that was bypassed.

I had a unit here for over a year and it has to be the worst run place. If you have a single issue, management will not help you.
