I went to 640 SW. 2nd Ave., Miami, FL where I met Hector. Hector was kind, professional, and truly empathetic throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to my needs he was very responsive and maintain a pleasant attitude the whole time most importantly, he solved my problem, efficiently and made the experience stress-free. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend using storage Mart in Miami.

I walked into the store to buy some merchandise I needed to pack Christmas decor, I was able to purchase everything. Guillermo was very kind and helpful and helped me carry all the boxes into my car. 10/10 service. Will be returning.

Eileen, the manager at StorageMart, is absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and always treats customers with the utmost courtesy.
The facility is exceptionally clean and impeccably maintained, which clearly reflects her high standards. I will continue to use this StorageMart as long as it is managed by people like Eileen. Highly recommended!
