I had a great experience with Orlando at StorageMart! He was incredibly helpful and professional during my move-in process. Orlando made sure all my items were handled with care, and he was efficient in getting everything into my storage unit. Terrible. They offered me a bigger storage for a promotion price and increased like double of the price without telling me. I didn’t need a bigger storage I just took it because of the promotion. They raised the price from 60 to 160 that’s ridiculous. I didn’t have the money and i paid late and they charged me $30 past due so yes , I paid $190 por one month. I called the office and the lady didn’t helped me. She acted like she didn’t know anything when she was the one that assisted me on the first day. Expensive, horrible building , very bad experience do not rent here.
