Useless. 1 person making subs at lunchtime. Spent all their time doing online orders and no one taking orders for those in store. 9 people waiting in line and haven't taken a single order in 10 mins

This is easily the worst Subway I have ever experienced- possibly one of the worst fast food joints I have ever experienced. Consistently the staff have been very rude- but I think this location actually suffers from a larger problem. The management is either completely non existent or just really terrible. They are constantly out of bread, meats, cheeses.. think of the item you want- they're probably going to be out of that ingredient. Not a problem- just substitute an item- also not allowed. I put up with the bad service and poor selection most of the time but the last time I visited the rude experience I had pushed me over the edge. Attempting to order a foot long BMT they let us know that they are out of Salami. No problem! just add more pepperoni or add bacon since you are out of an item. They said no substitutions and no they can't add more of anything. So you expect me to pay the same for less.. because you are out of an item.. that's wrong, but I decided to just change my order. Steak and cheese! Out of steak. Okay, I guess I'll just order a cheese then I guess? Oh wait, you're out of Italian herbs and cheese too? Okay I guess I'll just order a footlong cheese since I can't substitute anything. Look, the management is terrible, this place is usually understaffed, always out of ingredients, the staff is rude and this makes me even more terrified as to what the back of the place looks like. Please whatever you do, just go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Let this place shut down like it should do the owners learn a valuable lesson. There's another subway a couple blocks away- just go there. Worst subway of all time.

I was in line to make a purchase along with 3 other people. We were told that it would "be a while, because he had six Uber Eats orders to fill."I find it interesting that he would send customers away who actually came to the store, in order to serve others who didn't actually come in to the store. We all left...

I am in a completely shock and appalled of how I was treated by your employee just because I asked for what kind of healthy bread you have available I was told to get the full out of the store just because of that I did but I am going to take this complaint all the way to the top of your corporate office

The lady working here right now (just left 15 mins ago) is rude. She called me a wet back and threatened to get me jumped she said she was a thug from P1 ? She said bitc* I'm puertorican that that's how she is ... She grabbed a knife and said bitc* I will throw this sandwich at you!!! Get this girl out of here!

I live nearby and been to this subway location many time because the other one is far. Out of maybe 50 visits in 40 there always been an issue with the staff. 1st there is always only one staff member. Once I go there and the staff member (woman with red hair) tells me I’m taking a smoke break. I say ok I can wait. Another time I go there the worker (again the same person) says that she is closing the store, that she has an emergency (it was around 4pm). One time I go there for an online order pick up the worker says the system is not working so she can’t give me my order. I couldn’t get the sub and came next day for a refund. Once I went there the store was open but there was no one at the counter. I called for someone multiple times, knocked, waited around 10 minutes and left cause no one showed up. The employees always complaining about how hard their job is, how they haven’t had lunch or took a break. They take their poor work conditions on the customers all the time by being slow, rude and straight up complaining how horrible their job is. Every time I go there I’m thinking what will I experience today. If you can try to avoid this location at all cost. Now I don’t go there anymore for my peace of mind. I now go to the Brickell location, despite it taking me 20 minutes walk. The staff there is always very nice, fast and never rude.

Good store but meat and vegetables units were with ice. And if meat goes into the toaster with bread, vegetables you get half frozen.

The quality of the sandwiches is fine and it has always been fresh and tasty. The staff has been nice and courteous every time, however the service of online orders and pickup leaves much to be desired. Ordering online for pickup is supposed to mean you go there and pick it up, not arrive and THEN they START making the order. Their "system" that places orders and handles everything and even the subway site seems to be down all the time, at least 3 times I've gone or tried to order I was unable to due to the ordering being offline. They really need to improve the site and app and they are losing lots of business because of it. The food is decent and very good value for the price however, so I will continue to go back.

Consistently out of bread every time I try to go. How does this even happen? It's literally a nationwide chain and they run out of bread every time i've attempted to go. Poor management. Never go to this one

This subway is something else, the first time that I ordered the food looked really dry and unhealthy, still gave it a second chance ordering online, when I opened the bag, the order was 100% even tho the receipt attached to the bag had the correct information, but I still gave them another chance. Today I went to order in-person to avoid a mistake in the online order, but the quick me out because I was with my service dog, apparently this is the only place in the area that doesn't allow dogs and the only place in the USA that doesn't allow services dogs. TBH I had my time as a subway manager, and you can clearly see that this place doesn't receive monthly inspections as it should. The food always looks in bad shape, the line always dirty and the portions are served inappropriate way. Last time I visit this location for sure.

Slow service and rude employees that will take out their hard day on you. I tried to ask one of the employees a question about my Uber Eats pickup, she lashed out at me and accused me of attacking her. I asked if she could mark my order as complete so it doesn't load forever. This seemed to be an insurmountable task by the way she responded to me
